So if casey's fingerprints are not on the duct tape...I am thinking perhaps a hair or skin cells...I hope it is something that will definitely connect casey to the duct tape

We can all speculate, and hope!!!

BUT ~ The docs have NOT been released, so how is it that there are so many opinions BY THE NEWS MEDIA of WHAT THEY SAY!!!!

The last dump was about 440 pages and there 15 sections to download and read.  This time there are about 1100 pages.

Once the media gets them, they will have to go over them, read them, and then release the sections.  So...we maybe looking at a few more days.

I just read the latest Blink on crime, and she is stating Casey's fingerprints are on the duct tape, and other interesting things as well.

State Releases New Evidence To Anthony's Defense Team
Evidence Includes Results Of Duct Tape Tests

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The state released over 1,100 pages of evidence to Casey Anthony’s defense team on Monday.

According to a source close to the investigation, test results from the FBI crime lab on the duct tape found on slain toddler Caylee Anthony's skull are in that new batch of evidence.

When asked by WESH 2's Bob Kealing if Casey Anthony’s fingerprints were on the duct tape, a source with direct knowledge of the investigation said, "This is not going to be good news for the defense."
A spokeswoman with the state attorney's office told WESH 2 she does not plan to release this new evidence released to the public until at least midweek.

Orlando defense attorney Richard Hornsby said the duct tape evidence brings the possibility of the death penalty back in to play. Hornsby said it may force Anthony’s defense attorney, Jose Baez, to "put Casey on the stand" or "consider a plea bargain."

Caylee was 2 when she was reported missing in July. Her remains were found in December.

Casey Anthony, Caylee’s mother, is charged with her daughter’s murder. She is being held at the Orange County jail.

Anthony’s trial is scheduled to begin in March.

The  public release  is scheduled for mid week.  I spoke exclusively to an inside source within the 9th Circuit offices, and was advised that the prints on the duct tape match that of Caylee’s Mother and the woman charged with her murder, Casey Marie Anthony.

There is little doubt given that finding the death penalty will be back on the table post haste.

I wonder what the Anthony Camp is going to do now, if this evidence really comes to fruition? 

I watched NG last night, even though I knew it was going to be old news.  Again, I could not believe that visitation.  It appalled me AGAIN! 

I agree with others that KC will NOT take a plea if offered.  I was wondering, how long will a trial like this last with all of the States witnesses? Anyone?

It looks like Blink can verify that WESH got the right leak about fingerprints on duct tape, thank goodness.  I really felt that the other article about no fingerprints was a smoke screen by the defense.   

What other interesting things? I only found the one new piece that has been written, can you send me a link?  Something about Haleigh?

I was referring to Baez perhaps stepping back from the case, and Linda Kenney Baden stepping in as lead counsel, not good in my eyes, like her or not, she is highly intelligent and a good lawyer. And also M Nejame considering filing a complaint against Baez, over the Todd Black/Gil Cabot mess.
