"Bombshell" Casey Anthony Evidence Expected To Be Released

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- As early as Wednesday, another stack of evidence is due out in the case against Casey Anthony, but Eyewitness News has an idea of what the documents will reveal this time.

WFTV reporter Kathi Belich has learned the documents are likely to be about the evidence investigators collected at the Anthony house after Caylee's remains were found. How was Caylee Anthony murdered and did she suffer? Those are some of the questions that could be answered once it's released what investigators now know.

The 500 pages to be released include investigators' reports from the scene where Caylee's remains were found, the lists of all the property taken from the Anthonys' home and FBI reports on the evidence. They've been characterized as "bombshell" reports.

Detectives are still investigating whether there are discernible fingerprints on the duct tape that was stretched across Caylee's mouth by the killer. There is no answer to that question at this point.

Two days after defense attorney Jose Baez got the hundreds of "bombshell" documents last week, he went into the hospital for tests. His spokeswoman said he had a stomach ache, but said it's nothing that will slow down his work on the case.

Monday, another 1,100 pages of evidence was handed over to the defense team, including transcripts of statements witnesses gave to investigators and there's more computer evidence in the case that will go public sometime soon.

Eyewitness News has learned the new evidence builds a stronger case against the one who should have been Caylee's fiercest protector, her mother.

OK Im reading more confusion FTLOG!!    According to WFTV report a 500 page discovery hand over was given to Baez BEFORE Mon and NOW another 1,100 was given Monday - did I read that right....I think I have a concussion from getting knocked off my rope hanging in the cage too many times today 


That being said Im very confident the are going to be putting Casey in her permanent State residence - hopefully tied to a chair!

Shocking new developement today in the Caylee Anthony case just moments after news that finger prints on the duct tape were a match to Tot Mom Casey Anthony.  It apears that the mysterious "Nanny" has been right under detectives noses this entire time.  When asked former Chief of Police Sherrif Beary had this to say "I am flabergasted!  I am not sure if I am more in shock of what a pretty lady he makes or that he is the nanny!"

More information to come as these latest developements unfold.

Ok are there 2 sets of documents?  One 500 pages and one 1,100 pages?  Maybe this is why the confusion over the fingerprints.

Blink has talked with someone at the court and Blink said today that the prints are Casey's.  Leonard has said they were Casey's last week.  But here and reported by Ch 6 (hope that's the right channel) that they are not Casey's or not discerned yet.  So could one set of documents be earlier with the undiscernible results and then later set which has the definitive answer?  Guess we will know soon.

B-R graduate is asked to sing at Caylee Anthony’s memorial service in Florida
When Florida toddler Caylee Anthony went missing in June, Bridgewater resident Jonathan Whynock was among the hundreds of volunteers who searched for her.

Whynock, 22, a Bridgewater-Raynham Regional High School graduate who is studying music and entertainment business at Full Sail University in Orlando, Fla., handed out fliers, attended prayer vigils and manned a tip line. Whynock grew close to Caylee’s grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, and comforted them after they learned their 2-year-old granddaughter had died.

Last Tuesday, hundreds attended a memorial service held at the First Baptist Church in Orlando, where Whynock performed “Caylee’s Song,” playing acoustic guitar and singing lyrics written by Cindy Anthony.

Whynock said he plans to sell recordings of the “Caylee’s Song,” with proceeds to benefit the Caylee Anthony Memorial Foundation.
