so, what do we all think casey will do if its true her fingerpronts are on the duct tape?  Will she confess, and tell what really happened and do a ple deal, or will she make up a story how her fingerprints got there, and end up at trial? 

Lucinda -- You know how I feel on this.  I personally feel that if her fingerprints are there then I just don't see what defense she has from there?  I cannot think how she can stick to the Zani story with all the evidence we have seen but I am certain there is a lot we have not seen.  I personally think that a plea would have been better for HER months ago before Caylee was found.  My Opinion only though.

She wont have a defense, its impossible.  Maybe there is plea bargaining happening now, and she is trying to get a lighter sentence.  I know things in USA are way more stricter than over here.  I still have a feeling shes going to throw a family member under the bus, I dont know why I feel this way, maybe because she is refusing to see her family, and she is isolating herself.  Somethings going on.  This could hash out for two years if she doesnt speak up now.  I doubt we will ever really know what she did to caylee tho.

Hello Mary Ann, I have missed you.  She prolly will say something like that, but the evidence is enough to slam dunk her.  Maybe she thinks she can plead insanity.

I don't generally check out any other SM forums unless somebody links to it.. it's hard to navigate this site sometimes.  All of these kids going missing.. it has been an exhausting "trip" in Caylee's case. I'm not sure I'm up (yet) to check out these other missing child forums on a regular basis.

Yes, at the end of his transcripted interview there is mention of him oging undercover and LE covering expenses for him

I think Casey is crazy, not insane. Surely they can put a name to her mental state that will keep her behind bars forever.

yes I admit i havent been really up to date with the others.  I have been busy tho, and yes I agree, caylees case has been very roller coasting.

MaryAnn -- Good morning -- I tend to agree with you.  Quite frankly, if the defense is going to pursue a mental defect it is not evident from their actions so far.  This kind of defense takes time and would require hours of interviews with a mental health professional and from the list of jail visits I don't see one listed as yet.

Well, I didnt read the transcripts, just read in here the gist of things.  I wasnt aware about that.  Maybe he was in touch with casey and let le tap his phone when she was out on bail?  What do you think?
