kiwi...i love march madness!! i had my hopes up so high....the razorbacks young team (starting 3 freshman) plus lost 90% of the scoring from last years team, started out SO well before conference play. they had a 12-1 record(and not just over cupcakes....the beat TEXAS & OKLAHOMA) but since SEC play started we have only won 1 game. most loses in over 40 years already and we are just a little over halfway thru!!! so our dream of going to the big dance is pretty much shot! half the problem is not enough bodies...they wear out...have lost several to suspensions, leaving or problems with eligibility throughout the year which has put a lot of pressure on the players left to pick up the slack! oh well...silver lining...we are a good young team, with a good class coming in....always next year...lol! so who do you want me to pull for when the madness starts?

cuz we're working up some march madness cookie designs this weekend in fact

I think Roy and UNC are going to be tough to beat down the home stretch, I was hoping WFU was going to keep their momentum but not so sure now. I haven't really been watching the rankings but I guess I'd better now.......

I  guess I have not given much thought to March Madness this year.  Two weeks from today about this time I will landing in Puerto Vallarta.  Two weeks of sun, ocean breezes, great food, inexpensive shopping.  Some times when it is time to come back, I wish the snow storms would hit and we would have to lay over for a few more days.

I have not followed many of the teams this year, but I do know that Marquette is capable of winning it all this year.  It just depends upon if they can put it all together at the right time.  I suppose that is true of about a dozen of the teams.   The there are those upsets that no one sees coming in the early rounds of the brackets.  It should be an exciting year.

When they select the field of 64, we will post it here. Until then feel free to speculate.  If you guess the right team now, and post it here, it will be very impressive. So good luck in advance!

It's been a long time since ASU has had a winning record in the Pac 10. Were hoping for a number 4 seed for March Madness!

Well after the terrapins have knocked off two powers in the last week, I think every team will be looking in their rear view mirror for a turtle

Sendek is a good man, he will do a good job with ASU.

I need to go find the rankings..........falling down on the job I suppose.

lovinlife- good for you, I bet Xavier appreciates you being in their corner !

I saw them win, it was on ESPN, go Huskies  Brockman is a bruiser  I actually thought you were gonna lose him early for they were saying he had two fouls in the first Q but then it turned out they were wrong    Amazing, ESPN analysts/broadcasters wrong, who knew?  Now your Huskies need to clinch that conference title!

lovinlife I see that Xavier won too!
