Good morning, all.  While reading to catch up, this had caught my attention last night and I, too, could find nothing.  I found a Michael J Jones in CA and Bay Financial (Associates, iirc) in MA.   

It had me thinking 'hinky'....

Definitely Hinky......I'm going to look somemore today.....Then We may have to resort to mailing in a small donation and see what happens.... I may try calling the PO in Kemah and see if They will tell Me anything but I doubt it....

I planned on looking some more today, as well.  As for a small donation, it's possible all you might get is an account # or bank of deposit.  I could look through our account electronically to find how donations are endorsed, I can look at the back of the checks that way, and only get a photocopy of the front with the statement.

Ritz-Carlton first five-star hotel

ORANJESTAD – After four years of negotiations, the Aruban government has finally her first five-star hotel, The Ritz-Carlton.  The hotel with 320 rooms will come next to the Marriott resort that is also the parent company of this luxurious hotel chain.  The 360 million florins investment is officially done by the Venezuelan group Desarrollos Hotelco S.A. that turned out to be the best from a public tender.

Bill Marriott, project puller Walter Stipa of the investment group, Premier Nelson Oduber, Finance-minister Nilo Swaen, and Tourism-minister Edison Briesen gathered in the Marriott-hotel to celebrate the agreement.  It was a big party for especially Aruba; the island has been trying for more than 15 years to bring in a five-star hotel.  However, investors pulled out or never came with sufficient money at the end.  The Oduber-cabinet decided after criticism from the opposition and the business life, to start a public tender in 2007.  Especially because governments of a different colour (AVP) have caused big financial problems in the past, by giving guarantees and tax exemptions to hotels.
A committee considered the plans of the Venezuelan investment group/Marriott as the best during a tender. The hotel will have to rise now on the popular beach of the Fisherman’s Huts.

The Oduber government has received a lot of criticism in the past years for wanting to build a new hotel on this beach.  The Chamber of Commerce, employers’ association, and also experts inside the government had pointed the government out on several studies and reports that Aruba has a lot of mass hotels like this one.  Besides, they do not deliver the desired high-quality employment, but only more cheap workers from abroad.  The infrastructure is also no longer adequate for this.

Also the environmental movement is very much worried about the consequences for the protected turtle species that nest on the Fisherman’s Huts every year.  The movement says that very little attention is given to environmental protection.  At least three hundred meter free beach will be gone if the new hotel comes.

Premier Oduber says that the hotel project is part of the economic diversification policy of the government to attract wealthier tourists to Aruba.  He is extra proud of the fact that in this economic difficult time, they still managed to bring in such huge investment.
“Aruba needs construction work”, says Oduber as a result of the signals that also the building sector is already suffering under the crisis.  “We can sit down and deliberate, but the answer is construction work.  We can’t have the aspiration and pretention like the rich countries that can invest millions of tax money as economic way out.  Our means are too limited for that.”  The premier hopes that the stimulation package of the American president Barack Obama will pay off in Aruba.

Boycot
The first action group has already started with protests against the build of the five-star hotel.  Rainbow Warriors threatens with a worldwide boycott of Marriott and all her chains.  The movement has been writing letters to The Ritz Carlton to ask attention for the environmental problem.  The hotel chain has answered Rainbow in 2006, stating that with all the projects, they try to avoid damaging effects for the environment

WILLEMSTAD – Also investors in the islands of the Antilles and Aruba ran the risk of losing (part) of their money, when it appeared that the Texan investment company Stanford Group Company was fraudulent with his investment products.

Stanford had interested many people with substance last year, by promising them high interest on his certificates of deposit (cd’s).  Stanford didn’t only guarantee the principal amount – in general an entry amount of at least 100.000 dollars – but also the interest that is higher as the subscribed time is longer, always towered above what government bonds yield.
Where local commercial banks were also careful with investment interests – like in the Antilles and Aruba – many had a shot with Stanford.
it‘s going to cost the involved persons dearly, when it appears that the company fiddled with the figures and worked deceptively.    For the business paper Quote and the American supervisor, it was for some time already strange how Stanford could score double digit profits on the financial markets Securities and Exchange Commission, and lost just 1.3 percent in the year of disaster, while S&P 500 for example dropped with 41 percent in that year.

Tape
The Stanford-office in Miami where Norbert Nieuw works, who has the Antilles and Aruba in his portfolio, didn’t answer the phone today.  A message in English and then in Spanish mentions that the office is closed on Monday, February 16 in connection with President’s Day and open again  and accessible from Tuesday at 08:00 till 17:00, which is not the case.

Recourse actions
Lawyers’ firm HBN Law offers Antillean and Aruba offers the duped persons to ‘look after their interests in the United States, Antigua, and anywhere else in the world’.  They want to do this in cooperation with the SEC and her equal in Antigua.  By bundling the interests of the duped persons, the costs that go with the possible recourse actions are covered by a bigger number of interested persons.

My guess would be that Bay Financial is a front name for the donations and an
actual company does not exist, other than a post office box and a bank account
with somebody else's name alongside Bay Financial......the somebody who can cash the checks.

Hey ... I recognized CAPS as deception personified from the first post I read that was submitted by him on the SM Natalee forum on January 27, 2008.  CAPS had submitting a few post since January 18, 2008 ... I had not noticed.  e

Think about it.

1.  CAPS upheld Dave Holloway but ... subtley undermine Jug Twitty.  At this very least this is a Mark Purcell influence.

2.  CAPS ... who was revered to be in the know regarding the truth ... implied he did not know Jug Twitty's relationship to Natalee.

3.  CAPS ... who had been perfectly articulating from January 18, 2008 until January 26, 2008  in the King's English ... now portrays on January 27, 2008 he does not have a grasp of the language.

My eye are tired, brain cells are all on fire, excuse me for sometimes for posting typing errors or not perfect grammer, while trying to solve the riddle. My brain cell + 4 Computers are thinking in all possible scenarios, Current events, Political Events, Time Lines etc at the same time tried to ask questions, type, Decode, reassemble, re-analysis and reading information written from diffrent source of document written in 4 diffrent languages (DUTCH, PAPIAMENTO, SPANISH, ENGLISH can makes for these errors.

it is like trying to watch a Harry Potter Movie at High speed forward, understand a scenario and then rewind to put it in normal speed to read it while keeping on eye where you have heard or see a similarity in a scene that is going to happend or in this case already happend and not forgetting the questions asked to the SM Board to input in the instant flash scenarios that my synaptic are given me back.

I will solve this riddle. 

and overview of the riddle movie that I see already in the making for what I have discovered from this riddle is:

it's a DRAMA, Suspense and Mystery movie all wrap in a deal package involving a Simple Conspiracy to get the MONEY to build the promised Ritz Carlton Hotel from and Self centered Egotistic Prime Minster and its Ministers Gangster WARS between the DUTCH PAIRLAMENTS and the Aruba Government for not given them to the MONEY for the sell of the PlantationBay Project.

Scene: Kiddnap a USA born Tourist and in this form force the DUTCH GOVERNMENT to release the MONEY and Also with the help from some one in the AHATA's well established MOB Controlled Tourist Enterprises to stage a KIDNAPP turning in a MURDER SCENE, with the promise to the actors in a form of a payback.

Resulting in EXTORTION MONEY GAINED to keep everyone happy. but leaving a real Victim in this case.

It must be playout as a real live event: REPOTERS and ACTORS, JUDGES, need to be to be there.

Consequences for the Bussines and Economies (TEEPEES) which will be hurting.

He went to Venezuela for his friend at that time M.L. to slick some Bolita (drug Bolls).

Returning to Aruba, he did called his wife that he is comming to Aruba and stated that he is not feeling well, At arrival in Aruba he was pickup by (ML) Mikel Livingston where they brought him to ML house. Their they provided Pitbull with some laxative to make his bawls move the bolitas out from his stomach. but did laxative that was prepared by the two women that was with ML prove to be so strong that it did eat the rubbers of the bolitas and so he died of an overdose. Not knowing what to do with the body, ML opened Pitbull stomach to remove the rest of the drugs. The two women then decided to proceed to cut the body in peaces to get rid of it. They did not have the stomach to deal with so much blood, so they wrap it plastic bag and decided to bring it to the Guardarikiri Cave and tried to burn it. The Body did not burned completely due to the strong wind that was blowing and the flames were gone.

ML thought he had it made but forgot that Pitbull called his wife arriving at Aruba Airport.

ML and the 2 women are in jail fore this macabre act.

This was on April 5. that the body was discovered by some Park Rangers.

It is a very interesting dialogue that took place on January 27, 2008.  Monkeys were questioning CAPS lack of knowledge regarding family dynamics and the Natalee Holloway case in general.

Nevertheless ... CAPS was already diverting attention away from the Persistence ... away from the trap/cage.

I know he was the family's FBI liason while they were all in Aruba in 2005. 
And yes, he appears to have taken some control over DNA evidence found.

What do you know about FBI agent Doug Shipley?
It would seem that he is a DNA guy from the Dr. Phil filings.
We know that he is the one who told Beth that Natalee was
likely deceased.
Why was he sent backt to Aruba on March 18,2008?
Have you got any idea?

I know he was the family's FBI liason while they were all in Aruba in 2005. 
And yes, he appears to have taken some control over DNA evidence found.

Let me clarify this a bit.  In trying to think back on it all.....................I need to correct myself here.

When Kyle had claimed to have sent this info to the FBI (which we later learned was never done) he was talking about "an agent" he had sent it to.  That this agent seemed to be on some sort of chopping block with the FBI (failed promotion, etc) and that there were concerns the agent would do nothing.

Shipley was never named in that conversation by Kyle - and he never confirmed nor denied our questions as to whether the person in question was in fact Shipley.

My personal opinion - Since we learned Kyle had never turned over the info to the FBI anyway - that story was all concocted by Kyle, once we started throwing FBI names around (Shipley's wasn't the only name I personally posted inquiring who the agent was).

But bottom line - I got the impression Kyle wasn't a fan of Shipley's.
