Hmmmm, the defense got them last week.  If they are going to make a statement, why didn't they make a preemptive strike?  Why wait till the public makes their own decision?  Very curious.

I hate getting my hopes up but this may be very good news.  Just remember no matter what they say, they will spin it as if it is good news for them and Casey.  Although, monkeys will be able to read between the lines immediately.

I think they are the ones who "leaked" that her prints were not on the tape. I am betting money they are and many other things also which ties her to the murder. I honestly believe they have found a cloth with chloroform under that duct tape over her mouth area.

I don't like to take personal shots too much, but I hope LKB has that bale of oat straw styled a bit before that "statement". 

About duct tape:  I can imagine a scenario where there are no prints and that it points to premeditation rather than a careless act of just slapping it on.  Ick.  It makes me cringe thinking about it.

And hopefully an outfit that fits wouldn't hurt either.

One not three sizes too small would look much classier and much more professional.

Turbo..the more I think about that the more it makes sense of "why the duct tape"?  Let's see... a rag soaked in chloroform... duct tape...ear to ear.... and a heart sticker?

I don't think this could be more gruesome. IMO 

Also, with so many pages of docs...they have to finally releasing be Annie's and whoever else's statement too, don't you think?

There are alot of docs to go thru. How many people from the general public will take the time to pour over the docs before the dynamic duo make their statement ?
The duo just got them a few days ago, won't they have to have THEIR experts go over them ?
And there is also a presumption of innocence until a trial. That is the jist of what I think they will say, the Dyno duo.
Oh Oh, I was thru with this case, forgot my resolution.
Anyway I will be peeking tomorrow for FINGERPRINTS, etc.

 Maybe she's giving herself a prune juice facial, jail house special.   How can she think it's so bad, it stll cracks me up when on that last video George says something like 'not many people get the opportunity to be here' and then at some point KC says something about having been in her "room' all day.  They act like she's in a dorm somewhere almost like summer camp for big girls..........hmmm better make that big bad girls!!!!!

7 PM ET - On the heels of reports that bombshell new documents are set to be released by the State, George and Cindy Anthony's attorney says he will prepare the family for what's to come inside those hundreds of pages. The documents are already in the hands of Casey Anthony's attorneys. According to sources, the evidence is not good news for the defense. The documents are reportedly said to contain evidence seized from the Anthony home shortly after the discovery of Caylee's remains. Defense attorneys Jose Baez and Linda Kenney Baden are set to release a statement once the discovery is released tomorrow morning. (From Stacey Newman, Nancy Grace Producer)

ummm...this is certainly not sarcasm towards a monkey friend but most definitely towards the reality of the situation.   Brad IS part of the defense insofar as it is pertinent to his clients insisting on protecting their babykiller daughter & if they had a role in a cover up so in that sense Casey's defense & the Anthony defense are on the same page, for now not without its major conflicts but if one goes down they all do, a unity of necessity per se.  That is until Casey's defense starts boo hooing that Casey is a monster because she was abused by her family for years...mark my words its coming.

I think the fact that the defense isnt taking a preemptive strike to make comment before the public sees the discovery is because behind the doors they are still spinning the wheel as to how they are going to get around the fact that Casey killed Caylee, I think they will be forced to say it was "an accident" but I dont think that is going to fly...not sure if they will consider telling Casey she is best to take a plea.

 IMO  the next things we will hear will be:  GA & CA did all those things because they knew KC had done something but really thought Caylee was alive, so they HAD to keep trying to placate her so she would tell them what she did with Caylee.

From the KC/JB  camp, Cappuccino called it, she's been abused, who knows how, physically, mentally, sexually, probably all of the above
