"Today" returned to the issue Thursday morning -- and the segment seemed like a preview of arguments that are likely in a trial.
Defense attorney Jose Baez told the NBC program that the diary entry was from 2003. "This is before Caylee was even born," he said. Baez is representing Casey Anthony, who is charged with daughter Caylee's murder.
Former prosecutor Jeanine Pirro, who has her own show, wasn't buying the 2003 explanation. The handwriting is different, Pirro told Meredith Vieira. "In 2003, it looks more like a kid with the circles. In 2008, it's a different kind of script," Pirro said. "It suggests to me it's five years later."

not saying her theory is wrong ... I do think it could have been written in 08 and the date 03 just put there or the book was started in 03 and she rarely wrote in it.

I can change my handwriting depending on my mood and how much time I have. It can be very neat and "loopy" or plain old chicken scratch. Plus I have a couple of different ways of writing letters such as A's M's etc.

And I would never want my handwriting analyzed they'd think I was cuckoo. 

I always thought that about my handwriting too. It can be super neat, or really sloppy if I'm in a hurry, also depending on the type of pen. I write alot neater with a fine point pen on a hard surface, than with a med point pen on a softer surface. Also, I write some of my letters in different ways, and I even alternate script with regular (non script, omg, I forget the word for it). They'd definitely think I was crazy or something. I'd actually be afraid to take a polygraph because I'd probably fail if they asked me "is your name QuietMonkey" and I said yes, it would come back deceptive!  They can take my dna though, I don't think you can fake that! Ok, don't throw nanners at me, I'm allergic. No, just kidding I'm not, I like nanners! Just not rotten ones being thrown at me by angry monkeys!!!! Ok, I'll stop now!!

I was rewatching and interview of an inmate that got release from jail when Casey was in there going to court.  He asked Casey where the baby was and she said her ex-boyfriend had her.  It struck me that Casey definitely hates two people in her life, well, three, but one is her mom, the other is Jesse Grund and of course Caylee.  Also, in one of her video interviews with her parents, she said she had to pick one person that she could see and it was George.  Casey tells George she wanted to see him because they have been estranged for so long and they were just getting back together.  I know that girls that don't have a father figure in their lives can get boy-crazy.  Does this seem like a possiblity with Casey?  Do you think she was hurt so much by George leaving or maybe not really in her life or maybe he wouldn't stand up to Cindy that somehow her relationship  with men got out of control?  I was just wondering.  I do believe Casey has a variety of problems, not just one, though.  I was just throwing this out there.

Or not at all.  I never have a problem with slow, either it loads or it doesn't, not loading is becoming common (doesn't find server, which means server is down), usually a couple of minutes before I can get in, sometimes longer.

Same for me Today.... I thought I did a     every time it would not load.

Most welcome...I will say this, it is very clear both NBC & ABC paid the Anthonys & Baez for exclusives - Im sick of these way far afield talkheads trying to blow holes in the obvious motiviated ONLY by making a buck getting ratings.  Why is Baez still babbling since he hired a PR rep....his words will bite him in his ever growing rump, mark my words.   I highly doubt the State would put forward evidence with such a glaring oversight, and dont you all find it interesting that it states pages were ripped out after that entry?   What was she or Cindy hiding by ripping pages out...

Again, I mention the on-line conversation with Iasson aka: doorknob375, also on June 21, 2008....
KC tells doorknob how "happy she is and she hasn't felt this happy in a long time".....coincidence?  Not in my opinion...

Bottom line on the diary entry: The state doesn't need it.

She may have written it right after she killed Caylee or maybe not.

Her ACTIONS speak louder than those words as twisted as they sound in light of what happened.

That is true gnm. If we never saw this diary, we wouldn't be thinking "oh if there were just one more piece of evidence". Same with the fingerprints. Now, KC's fingerprints being on that duct tape would be great of course, but, what if there wasn't that duct tape on there at all?? Also, what about the garbage bags? There could be fingerprints on the garbage bags. Also, on one of the news shows, don't remember which one or who said it, but they said the duct tape could have been placed over the mouth in such a way that the part that the hands/fingers touched it could have been cut off. Now, we don't know if the duct tape was ripped or cut, hopefully LE is able to tell that though!
