Just got in here. For those who haven't read Dominic interview be sure to do so..I just finished. Took me forever because I kept backing up making sure I read things right. OMG!

Has it been discussed yet on who people think the person is that didn't want 911 called first if Caylee's body found? My guess is Casey because good time to take things away that might incriminate her. Could have been brought up in his last conversation with her since he is working for her also.

The riddle was it was no one in the A's house and was not someone working on behalf of the A's so that leaves Baez, Casey or Lee(didn't live at home at time).

If this hasn't been discussed then would some monkeys like to give their thoughts?

I'm thinking along those same lines, so Baez, Casey or Lee. I'm leaning towards Baez, but the question is was the plan to get rid of the remains, or plant evidence. I'm mixed up here, any thoughts?

Did you happen to notice the TWO Cingular Samsung cell phones and one AT& T Motorola phones from KC's bedroom drawers?

And yes, Samsung (2 phones) makes a Black Jack (or so I hear).   Other is Motorola.  When arrested, a Nokia.  Jeez.

It is just very interesting to me that NO ONE including Cindy and Lee knew "anything" about a Blackjack she claimed she had, but yet there were two of them in her cabinet drawer in her room?

Surely Mr. Junior Investigator Lee, who was hot on the trail of the missing blackjack, didn't forget to check the perp's bedroom????

Haha, every other guy in orlando checked her drawers..
seriously, remeber the jail visit I think it was where they discussed the missing blackjack and he asked if it "was like last time" hmm did she misplace her phone in her drawer before?? or did he mean when she misplaced something out in those woods...or maybe when she buried her pet hamster out there. hmmmm Inspector Lee to the rescue... go go gadget arms....

Code talk?  Casey told Lee she purchased the new (missing) Blackjack in the "bottom left corner" of Orlando...  Where exactly did LE find those phones??

I remember this convo so well.  I said at the time there had to be something to it.  W

You know that is a good point. Removing the remains would still have that "Caylee is alive" out there which would make defense somewhat easier than now. It also would give A's that always "looking for her " basically for years.

Why do you think that phone was so important to her? Do you think that phone had any connections to escort service? I don't believe for a minute she was moving her sim card between phones myself. I think she did have another cell# and it might not have been in her name but a service she worked for. JMO

My thought is that it WAS someone working for either the As or the defense that told him not to call 911. There would be no other reason I could think of that DC might think it was privileged. There is no privilege I can think of that would apply except work product. If the person that told DC not to call 911 was not an employee of the attorney or the client there would be NO  privilege. With DC it is hard to tell because the whole interview was rather evasive in my eyes. I would love to see his body language. After all, this is a guy that is accustomed to dealing with LE and being interviewed. I have worked with several PIs and never seen such an interview.

Another thing that really was ridiculous with the interview, was when Dom said he went to that area to check out what Kiomarie had said about a hangout, didn't that interview with Kiomarie come out rather early in the investigation? And just by chance on his way to the area a call from a physic comes in instructing him about her vision in the same area, please Dominic Casey is a moron if he thought anyone was going to believe that.

Excellent point...and that's why I think LE really grilled D Casey about "looking for an 'alive Caylee' in the woods".  I'm also thinking that the entire cast of characters that had dinner together could be suspect in the "who said don't call 911" game.  This may be LP's daisy chain...but I don't think it's so much for saving KC, rather I think it's for $$$.  I think all those dinner companions have a stake in selling everything Caylee-related.  It's very suspect to me that D Casey says he:  1.  Worked for Baez, but no longer does.
                                         2.  Continues to work for KC

The thing that bothers me the most about the phones that were found is the fact that they weren't turned over to police immediately. Also, does anyone think that maybe those phones(or at least one of them) was purchased when KC was out on bond so she could use it and not be traced? Or so that other family members wouldn't be traced? Maybe they were put in someone else's name.....I'd like to know more about those phones and what was found in them

Good morning all               I agree, if no Caylee was found, Baez could keep saying the mysterious stranger did it, racking up mucho moola. But the main reason, IMO, is because Spindy, the control freak, wanted to clean up the mess that the skank made. CA has always been able to disregard the obvious then minimize it's importance, then finally deny that it ever happened.

I think she wanted to kind the remains, permanently get rid of them, hope for the best that KC got a light sentence and then ride that pony of grieving/grandma/foundation president into her new house, her new life.
It probably has been horrible for Ca to have people all up in her business, in the past, anybody that confronted her on things was shunned, banished. Deal with the truth, uh  no, but this time people weren't going away and even tho it was her little Caylee, she'd be strong and take care of this pickle KC get them into.

Hi NRCG...yes that interview was out with the first set of docs. Considering that Biass has deposed only 5 of 100+ witnesses slow ( in every sense of the word) must be in his nature ::MonkeyLaugh::I wonder if LE has got the phone records from said pyscic and DC? I found it funny when they said to DC "We are asking you questions we already know the answer too"

Casey Anthony's Reaction To Bone Discovery Videotaped
Mother Of Slain Toddler Remains Jailed

POSTED: Friday, February 20, 2009
UPDATED: 11:50 am EST February 20, 2009

Caylee Marie Anthony.
ORLANDO, Fla. -- The day human remains were found in a wooded area near her Anthony family home, Casey Anthony was taken to a medical unit at the Orange County Jail where she could see breaking news coverage of the discovery, Local 6 News has learned.

Casey Anthony, 22, remains jailed on murder charges in the death of her daughter, Caylee. The remains found in the woods in December were later identified as Caylee's.

According to Local 6 News, once detectives realized that the body likely belonged to Caylee, investigators developed a plan to capture Casey Anthony's reaction on videotape.

Casey Anthony hyperventilated and requested medication after hearing the news of the discovery, according to documents released by authorities earlier this week.

Local 6 has been told that the video of Casey Anthony's reaction could be used to show that she had a consciousness of guilt before anyone knew that the remains were that of her daughter.

Watch Local 6 News for more on this story.

You are right about Baez not wanting to get disbarred, so it could very well be Lee, since at the time he wasn't living at home. But I'm wondering which two statements speak the truth, you have Dominics and you have Cindy saying she sent someone over to that area and nothing was there. Since it is obvious to me that nothing legally is going to happen to any of these people, I hope their guilt for every bad action eats away at them.

If they got her a phone when she was out on bail it could have been a prepay which you can get from some places and not prove who you are. You put any name, address, no ss#, nothing. You buy the phone and do it all online.

Do you think Lee and Casey on one of the video jail visits were talking about a cell phone when he said he setup the phone thing and I assumed it was about her calling from jail. What if Lee got a prepay under a different name..maybe even Mallory's because I don't think she has ever been interviewed has she? When she is out on bail he lets sis use it and no one knows who she calls or what happens. Of course if LE found out about it which would not surprise me...especially now then they can get the call records. I can pull mine up online and they are only about 3 hours behind being current.

Wow...could be some good stuff coming out in docs in a month or two if that is the case. They can track every phone they took. I will have to go back and look but one of the phones was on a night stand in one of the bedrooms.

What were the odds of that coinkidink?  He's going out there just to have a look-see and boom, she calls with the most detailed vision ever> Even on the true crime shows that have featured psychics that heve assisted in finding a body or killer, I've never heard of one so detialed that she, by phone, could guide him step by step, accurately items along the way!!!!

And the swanky dinner, DC is their PI and let's for a moment put aside the notion that normal folk wouldn't be eating steak dinners after hearing of their grandbaby's grave out in the woods,   but,  don't you think the conversation would have at LEAST been about oh my gosh, who coulda done this, why did this happen,  shock and terror??????   All he said was, that it was somber.

Obviously, the Scamthonys already knew she was dead, probably knew where generally, meanwhile had been on the media junkets.  DIGUSTING.
