That's actually alot of work to do to an existing picture.  I've never totally figured out the version of photoshop I have on my new PC, haven't had time. 

CBB is there anything you can do or is it too much work?

I've got 2 closets and 3 drawers torn upside down looking for pictures!!

I've got no less than 5,000 of my kid!

Mom had lots and lots of photo albums and when she passed away, I took the ones of me growing up over there with intentions of getting them organized...............  yeah, right! 

I did find my 8th grade school pic in a frame with no glass, buried in a drawer. It's terribly faded on one side, ( hair looks GREEN) and you can see where the frame was because it's all that's clean!    Here it is. I'll post another when I get over to the house.................. probably tomorrow. I do have one of me and my son as a baby taken for the church directory that I'll post, but I'll need to block out my ex's face........so give a minute!
