I'm going to New Orleans for the Voodoo Festival next weekend.  My friend's brother is a roady for Blue October so we're getting all access VIP passes for the entire festival.  So many rockers I can't wait to meet!!!

My friend will only be there Friday and Saturday night with me and part of Sunday but I'm not leaving until Monday late afternoon.  Are there any monkeys from New Orleans that might be up for a drink with this California monkey?

I have to say that you have to hit a couple of mainstays though...

Mispario's..... and the Acme Oyster Bar...

and have the alligator cheesecake at the HOUSE OF BLUES>.. it's AMAZING!!!

They are large enough to share with a friend and still get full.Oh, and yes you have to go down by the river for some beignets and cafe ' au lait.......Mrs. Red is right, Cafe Misparo has awesome food and very good prices...... mmmmmmm now you went and made me hungry!!!!!!!!
