Amber's Lamb to be Auctioned
Amber was going to purchase a lamb for her school FFA project the day she went missing.
Her school has been caring for the lamb that will be autioned off at the Junior Livestock Auction Saturday, July 4th
Del Mar Fairgrounds  -  2260 Jimmy Durante Blvd, Del Mar, CA  -  starting at 10AM

"One of the Fair's most enduring traditions, the Junior Livestock Auction is the culmination of a year-long agriculture program involving more than 1,000 young people who are members of 4-H, Future Farmers of America (FFA) and Grange. During months of "hands-on" training, these youngsters carefully raise and care for an animal project they have selected and paid for."

Amber wanted so much to be a part of this project.  Funds raised by the auction of the lamb will go to the Amber Dubois Trust Fund for continuing efforts to Bring Amber Home. The lamb will also be shown July 1st and 3rd at 1pm in the Livestock area.

I want to show you something about Mexico... The only reason is the close proximity to Mexico.. Anything is possible and Anywhere..
It has nothing to do with Amber, but it could be.. I want to say again..

1. Runaway is the most common.
2. Murdered for various reasons second most common.
3. The OTHER category.. In the other category is kidnap for various reasons..
Money or forced sexual servitude "slavery" this is very Rare in United States of America

This is just for historical reference..
When Dr. Phil sent his people into Mexico looking for a live Natalee Holloway..
They ended up running from Mexico at high speed, they came across the same things I am trying to tell you about. You will not just walk in and grab Amber by the hand and walk out..
You will not talk with police and get help ..
This is controlled by Big Money and very very dangerous people, not just in Mexico but All Over The World.
I wrote to Greta at Fox News and told her of MEXICO
So Dr. Phil went looking like a giggly American.. They did not listen .. He learned a lesson..

=============================================

Dr. Phil was on the Jay Leno Tonight Show last night and revealed that he thought Natalee Holloway was alive and being held as a sex slave.

Dr. Phil was hesitant to reveal what he termed, “too much information” Wednesday night. However, the doctor’s light-hearted appearance on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno turned serious when discussing the issue of the missing Alabama teenager.

“Without giving up too much information… we believe Natalee Holloway is alive.’

Dr. Phil pointing to what he termed the “sex slave market” as the main point of focus in the ongoing investigation. via JuicyNews

What information he has and how he has come to this assumption we do not know. However, it is interesting that as the family is in Aruba delivering a letter pleading for a new investigative team, Dr, Phil is going on one of the most influential television programs in the United States stating he believes Natalee Holloway is alive. Was this a concerted effort between Dr. Phil and the family, or was it coincidence?

From Jay Leno:

LENO: I KNOW YOU’VE BEEN WORKING ON THE NATALEE HOLLOWAY CASE

DR. PHIL: I’VE BEEN WORKING VERY CLOSELY WITH BETH TO KEEP IT IN THE NEWS
FOR A NUMBER OF MONTHS IN ARUBA AND IN OTHER COUNTRIES.

WE HAD OUR HIDDEN CAMERA INTERVIEW WITH DEEPAK WHERE HE REVEALED COMMENTS WHERE THOSE BOYS KNOW HER…THAT THEY KNOW HER IN AN INTIMATE WAY

I CAN TELL YOU THE ARUBA GOVERNMENT IS CORRUPT. WE SENT THEM THE TAPE AND THEY ARE TRYING TO SAY IT WAS TAMPERED WITH.

WE HAVE REASONABLE BELIEF, WITHOUT GIVING FALSE HOPE, THAT NATALEE IS ALIVE - WE DON’T KNOW WHERE

THERE IS A HUGE SEX SLAVE INDUSTRY IN THAT PART OF THE WORLD

WE ARE IN CONTACT WITH BETH ON A REGULAR BASIS. WE HAVE ALL OUR RESOURCES LOOKING FOR HER.

IMAGINE IF YOU HAD BEEN ABDUCTED AND PEOPLE STOPPED LOOKING FOR YOU.

WE WILL FIND NATALEE ALIVE AND IF NOT WE WILL FIND HER BODY.

IF BETH HAD NOT BEEN SO DETERMINED THIS WOULD NOT STILL BE IN THE NEWS.

I JUST HAD TO BRING A GROUP OUT OF MEXICO BECAUSE THINGS WERE GETTING PRETTY BAD….MAYBE WE WERE GETTING TOO HOT

=========================================================

Before Dr. Phil sent people to Mexico
Another private investigator went to Caracas Venezuela and tried to find out if a live Natalee Holloway had been taken there and held at local Brothels, he only had his chest sliced open but he survived.
Venezuela is where the FARC operate from under the control of Hugo Chavez. It WAS known as the sex vacation capitol of the world prior to Natalee Holloway going missing. It is also where most of the Cocaine is produced by enslaved indigenous Indian people in the Andes mountains. It is then guarded and shipped by the FARC through many South American nations..  ALL of these supposed drug lords in Mexico come from FARC military training, the FARC were originally trained by Cuban and Russian soldiers and are known for there brutal methods. You read of those Brutal methods today in Mexico in this created drug war with people and weapons supplied by Venezuela and other supporting nations of Hugo Chavez into Mexico.

My point is this, be careful in searching outside of our Nation for Victims of forced sexual servitude. Within the United States I would also be careful and let private undercover investigators locate her.
Let F.B.I. authorities free her if she is held in those conditions.

Kidnapping by south of the border males can also be unrelated to servitude..
There is a strong cultural belief in the virgin as wife.. Although these cases are rare here is proof of one of them..

RAEFORD, North Carolina (AP) -- A man accused of kidnapping an 11-year-old neighbor, who disappeared in June 1999 and recently turned up in Mexico, was arrested in rural northeast North Carolina, authorities said.

Hector Majarro Frausto, 22, who is wanted on first-degree kidnapping and felony statutory rape charges, was arrested Friday, said Hoke County Sheriff Hubert Peterkin.

Authorities had been looking for Frausto since last week, when Dana Pevia contacted officials in Mexico to report herself missing. The girl, now 15, returned to Raeford on Wednesday with her two young children.

A resident saw Frausto's picture in a newspaper and notified authorities, Peterkin said. Frausto was arrested 170 miles away from Raeford in rural Gates County.

Authorities found Frausto working at a construction site, Peterkin said. Frausto gave a false name, but officers searched Frausto's wallet and found papers in his name.

Before Pevia came home to Raeford this week, her family had not seen her since she walked to the school bus just after 6 a.m. on June 4, 1999. They thought she had been kidnapped and possibly killed.

Pevia had been involved with Frausto, and shortly before she disappeared she told him she had been getting sick every morning, Peterkin said Thursday. Frausto, suspecting Dana was pregnant, arranged for them to travel to his family home in Mexico, he said.

When she disappeared, Dana was just short of her 12th birthday and was attending sixth grade.

Earlier this month, she showed up at the U.S. Consulate General's office in Guadalajara. Consulate officials contacted the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, which contacted the Hoke County sheriff's office.

And the mayor of San Francisco gives sanctuary to illegal aliens, which include these males who will attack your child. So think about that when you see his name on the ballot running for Governor of California.

Alicia Elena Perez Duarte, former federal Special Prosecutor for Crimes Against Women, and former legal counsel for the National Women's Institute (InMujeres):

At least one Million Children in Latin America are trapped in child prostitution and pornography networks. The victims are offered to [wealthy] businessmen and politicians.

In Mexico, there is concrete evidence that 30 million women have suffered from violence. Some 10 million of those have experienced sexual abuse. Of those abuse victims, 70% were victimized within the family environment. Only 5% of such victims have reported these crimes.

The former Special Prosecutor for Violent Crimes Against Women resigned from her post in December, 2007, after the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN) ruled that in the case of women's rights activist and journalist Lydia Cacho did not involve any serious violations of her personal liberties and human rights.

Cacho was arrested threatened with death by [corrupt] police from Puebla state, as retaliation for having published a book that exposed child sex trafficking networks in Cancun. In her book, Cacho unmasked millionaire business tycoon Jean Succar Kuri, who was protected by [fellow Lebanese immigrant and millionaire] Kamel Nacif, who's child sex trafficking network included politicians in the state of Puebla [as allies].

According to statistics gathered by non-governmental organization, each year an average of 20,000 are reported as have been kidnapped in Mexico. The majority of these victims are destined to be sold into forced prostitution. Others are forced into labor exploitation and yet other victims are sold in the illegal adoption market.

According to the United Nations Children's Educational Fund (UNICEF) and the The Center for the Search for Disappeared Children, in Mexico, there are between 100,000 and 130,000 children who's parents don't know where they are.

Perez Duarte confirmed that the majority of these children have become victims of national and international sex trafficking networks who use these children for prostitution and pornography.

Many of these victims are Central American girls who were kidnapped at Mexico's southern border as they attempted to migrate through Mexico to reach the United States.

Perez Duarte went on to explain that two major child sex markets exist in Mexico. The first consists of traffickers who sell children for sex to high government officials and businessmen in hotels, which is known as 'executive services. The second involves providing children as prostitutes in parties attended by politicians, legislators, government officials and even local judges. In these parties underage girls are offered "to relax the tensions of these men."

Perez Duarte stated that to avoid retaliation, she could not reveal the names of her witnesses in regard to these events. These women had provided information to her office during her 2006 to 2007 tenure as Special Prosecutor.

Perez Duarte cited as a example a party in January, 2008, where the top prosecutor for the state of Jalisco, Tomas Coronado was present, and underage prostitution was being carried out.

Perez Duarte stated that the child sex trafficking networks in Mexico have international ties: "if a client in Thailand wants an underage girl from Chiapas, traffickers in Mexico send the client what they asked for.

Perez Duarte went on the discuss the fact that there are catalogs of child victims that are used by trafficking networks [as a sales tool]. In one infamous case, a high official of the prosecutor's office in Ciudad Juarez (on the U.S. border) in the previous administration was found to have one of these catalogs in his desk.

Perez Duarte: "This official was not part of any investigation of trafficking, nor was he a client of the trafficking mafias. He himself was selling the sexual services of these children."

In another case, a 16-year-old girl disappeared from her home. Years later, after an investigation, authorities discovered that the girl was now a 'concubine' of a boss in 'The Zetas' - a team of hit men for drug trafficking networks in Mexico. Although the prosecutors office had collected detailed information, they did nothing [to save this girl].

Perez Duarte said that in many cases of violence against women and the prostitution of women and children, police officials and drug trafficking bosses are involved, with the complicity of high government officials.

Perez Duarte concluded by noting that, during the 22 months in which she headed the federal Attorney General's Special Office for Violence Against Women, her office received 96 criminal cases of disappeared children, of whom 36 were located. Twenty eight of those 36 minors had been victims of human trafficking networks.

In Latin America concepts of masculinity are encapsulated in the word "machismo." At its most extreme, writes the London-based Panos Institute, an organization dedicated to stimulating debate on global environment and development issues, machismo maintains a man's superiority and dominance over women, granting him the right to do as he pleases within and outside the family home and the authority to restrict the freedom of his wife, sisters and daughters. Machos subscribe to the saying: "Women are like shotguns; they should be kept loaded [pregnant] and indoors."

Machismo...(macho-ism) is a collection of laws, norms, attitudes and characteristics of men whose finality, explicitly or implicitly, has been and is, is to produce, maintain and perpetuate the enslavement and submission of women on all levels: sexual, procreation, and in relation to work and love.

“Sexism, corporate greed and drug trafficking make Juarez a deadly town for Mexico’s women. Hundreds are dead, but the killers remain free”
Women and young girls in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico are being stalked and systematically murdered. In 1993 young women started disappearing and turning up in fields or dumpsters, mutilated, sexually abused and murdered. Many of the victims were employees of the maquiladora industry and disappeared while traveling to or from work. Other victims were teenage students. Poor and working class girls in Ciudad Juarez are living in terror as murderers roam the streets. The smallest daily glitch such as missing a bus can be a death sentence for a girl in Ciudad Juarez.

Ciudad Juarez, (“Juarez”) is a border town in Chihuahua with an estimated population of 1.4 million. Approximately 300 maquiladoras (assembly plants) make up the industrial complex. Young females, in search of opportunity, have come to Juarez to work in the factories constructed following the passage of NAFTA. Eighty percent of the factories in Juarez are American-owned. Lear, Amway, TDK, Honeywell, General Electric and Kenwood are just some of the US based companies that have factories in Ciudad Juarez. Lear and Amway are Michigan based, with Amway’s headquarters here in my hometown in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

The women range in age from approximately 16 – 24, with some as young as 12 or 13. The younger girls lie about their ages to get the factory jobs. Many men in Juarez resent the fact that young women are getting the factory jobs. The rapid industrialization of Juarez abruptly changed the gender roles traditionally seen in Mexico. The violence that resulted may be partly due to the emergence of the maquiladora based economy and fierce competition between men and women for jobs.

The number of the dead is not clear, but the body count is anywhere from 400 to possibly as high as 800. The police “response” has been indifferent at best and criminal at worst. The police have routinely laughed and dismissed the parents when they report their daughters missing, claiming that the missing girls are probably leading double lives as prostitutes or strippers. Many of the families have been forced to investigate their children’s disappearances on their own, at their own expense. Eight former police officers have been arrested in connection with the murders, none of whom have been convicted. There has been speculation that police officers have committed some of these murders or have been bribed to keep quiet. In 1999, Abdel Sharif Sharif, an Egyptian national and convicted rapist (in the United States) was arrested for the murder of a seventeen year old girl. The police used this arrest to convince the public that they had solved the murders. Even after he was arrested, the murders continued at the same rapid rate.

There are many theories about who is killing all of these women. Some hypothesize that it is the work of a few serial killers, maybe even coming in from El Paso, Texas or drug traffickers and gang members that kill women for sport. Because the police do not take these cases seriously, men who commit violent acts against women don’t fear consequences. It is possible that the murders are being committed by a number of copycats or are random criminal acts. Criminals in Juarez have learned that killing a girl is not considered important by police.

The majority of the victims were less than eighteen years old. Almost half of the victims were subject to sexual violence beyond the basic act of rape. Many had bite marks, stab wounds, ligature and strangulation marks on their necks. Some had their breasts bitten or cut off. Autopsies determined that some of the missing young girls were alive for a few days before being murdered. Investigators believe the girls were held captive and repeatedly raped and tortured before being murdered. The girls may have been kept as sex slaves by wealthy businessmen from either El Paso or Juarez or by drug gangs.

In November of 2001, eight decomposing corpses of girls, 15-21 years of age, were found in a cotton field a few yards away from the headquarters of the office of the Association of Maquiladoras (the group that represents many of the US owned factories). Two men, both bus drivers, were taken into custody in connection with the eight murders. Both men Victor Garcia and Gustavo Gonzalez Meza claimed that the Juarez police tortured them both and forced them to confess to these killings. They both separately reported having water poured on their genitals and then given electric shocks. Gonzalez even claimed that the police threatened to cut open the womb of Gonzalez’s pregnant wife if he did not confess. Both men did confess to these crimes after allegedly being tortured. Gustavo Gonzalez was represented by a well known local attorney named Mario Escobedo, Jr. Escobedo was a vocal critic of the police and their interrogation tactics. On February 5, 2002, while talking on his cell phone, Escobedo’s SUV was pumped full of bullets and he was killed. It was determined that the state police killed Escobedo in what they claim was a case of mistaken identity. Almost one year later to the day (February, 8, 2003) Gonzalez died in police custody under suspicious circumstances.

The other accused bus driver, Victor Garcia was represented by another locally prominent attorney, Sergio Dante Almarez. Garcia was convicted of the cotton field murders, but this conviction was subsequently overturned by a court in July of 2005, due to lack of evidence. In January of 2006, Sergio Dante Almarez was also murdered in a similar fashion to Escobedo. Almarez was in his Suburban and he was attacked by gunmen in a Ford Expedition with New Mexico license plates.

Considering all of the possible theories and motives, there are a few reasons why this slaughter continues in Juarez. All of the victims have been either poor or working class and female. The killers are careful about victim selection. The fact that none of the girls have survived to tell their story adds to theory that these are professional killings. None of the victims have been American despite the fact that there is heavy cross border traffic by American teens. If these killings were all random, it would make sense that at least one victim would be American or a girl from a rich or prominent Juarez family. The killers stake out and prey on the poor and vulnerable because they have the least amount of resources or recourse.

There is a level of corporate responsibility on the part of the factories that employ the young women of Juarez. If they are a minute late to work the doors are locked. There are examples of women being turned away from the maquiladoras at midnight and subsequently disappearing. Claudia Ivette Gonzalez was four minutes late to her assembly plant job. The management at Lear sent her away and she started home on foot. Her corpse was one of the eight that were found in the cotton field in 2001.

Despite some progress in Juarez and attention on an international level, the killings are still taking place. In an article written in the El Paso Times as recently as July of this year, the strangled body of an unidentified teenage girl was found in a field. It is imperative for the police and the government of Mexico to properly investigate and prosecute these murders. American corporations have some responsibility in regard to these crimes. The American government needs to play a role as well as Americans frequently visit Juarez.

I am not ranting with these posts.. I am trying to establish that the South American male mindset is alive .. It is real and blatant..

Look at this..Do not look at the girl as much as you look at the males behavior !!
It is blatant.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QICLyzsvtgI

Now ... One of the patterns of behavior is "new acquaintance" ..
Did anyone in the family hire LABOR to do yard work or Any work around the house that Amber lived in with her mother ? Even a neighbor ?
Amber was new to living with her mother ?..
The male would try to make contact with Amber with words before he attempts an abduction on her..
This is not about race..But it is about a mindset called " machismo "

This is a real mindset that exists all throughout south of the boarder cultures from Mexico to Argentina and is even found in Spain and some other cultures..
Out most common problem comes from Mexico..
IF Amber had made contact with a teen or just above teen from Mexico then this is what I am considering.. This would have Amber in a live position and NOT in a position of forced servitude but instead as a wife. Being dominated by a male  " machismo "

I do not want to post all my research on this subject as I have done years of study on this but I have posted enough for everyone to get the point.

Edward~thank you for bringing the information to the forum, although it is very scary.  Like you said: IT IS REAL.  And with Amber so close to the boarder it makes sense to investigate that angle.  God bless AMBER!

There are 2 different Mexicans..
1. American Mexican..."Born in America"
2. Mexican National.. "Born in Mexico and raised in Mexico"

One of our members wrote a question early on wanting to know if Amber had associated around any Mexican males where horses are taken care of.. Or maybe at the school farm or animal center.. I assume they are talking of Mexican Nationals. This is where "machismo" is practiced.. In America it is far less common.. It does exist somewhat in a mutated form..
It is Not the same as Mexico.. and NOT ALL of Mexico practices the mindset...
There are some very beautiful people families and cultural things that exist in Mexico that should exist here in the United States and do not..
What I am referring to is common in Mexico but not ALL of Mexico..
I have been to most all of Mexico and I think I know this for fact..

I know my daughter takes care of 22 horses every day at school, The school owns the horses she takes care of, she has done that for the last year.. She rides English and is an Equestrian. I am not.. Cars and Motorcycles go faster and planes fly higher
I noticed that the school hires Mexican Nationals as workers who also take care of some of the other horses that are at our school being boarded. I made sure that they have no contact with the school girls because of my awareness of the machismo mindset and I do not think the Giggly people that run the christian school are..
They all live in a day dream world where everything is wonderful..
Anyways.. That was not good enough for me and I have my wife help her everyday..
I live in a farming community with lots of Mexican nationals and some of them are absolutely wonderful and some of them I would not trust at all.. There are different mindsets in Mexico and I will not have my daughter at risk.. I already told her a long time ago she is not to talk with these men.. She told me I was prejudice..
I agreed. I do not intend to explain it to her in great detail.
We are both on the same page, that is the most important part.

Thanks Edward,

I got your point.  Now I'm enlightened, sickened and outraged.   You are the expert here, but I don't know how you stand to deal with this so closely and over a long period of time.

You also pointed out the possibility of an acquaintance involvement in Amber's disappearance.   This strikes me as a worthwhile approach.  When I speculated earlier on the family,  friends and associates incl. workmen, I think it caused the family more upset.   Since this is about the only option except running away that offers much hope of finding Amber alive and well, I really don't understand.

Wish Amber's Grandmom could talk with us again.  Or Ampersand?  Monkeys are really good at research if asked.

I know it upsets them..  I am sorry .. Do not mean to upset family members..
Hard to ask easy questions 4 months later.. and a constant statement of prayer is nice but not research..
That is why I tried to explain Why we would ask such a question..
It is Not to point a finger at any family member.. It is to try to see if Amber came in contact with somebody outside of her family and that possibly this person had casual conversation with Amber. The family or a neighbor could have had workers or the animal areas or even the school.. there yards concrete and or simply lawn care..
I am looking for a person that could in fact carry this pattern of behavior and to see if the family can find him in there memory of days and weeks prior to Amber going missing..
The boy "or what people assume is a boy" has something to do with this if witness are correct in identifying Amber walking with him and the Red/Marron pickup does in fact make evasive maneuvers relative to the white car coming into the bus area..
2plus2 equals 4 every-time.. no matter how you add it up.

One thing that the family should take note of, that most of us have been doing this for years, research and searching for lost and missing and never taken a dime for our efforts.

Also I have only seen handing out fliers work one time in these years and it was a boy who left college in Texas during his final exam and his car was found in Berkley California , when fliers were passed out a Berkley student recognised him as a new student at Berkley, he also had a book in his car on how to disappear.. He was pissed that they found him..
His mom was happy.
Watch out for people that make money off lost and missing people, they tend to look out for what ever supports there exposure as people donate money to them..
We have supported many families " in search of " out of care and concern.
That IS Gods work.

You do excellent research Edward! Me, ummm not so much.  Sometimes prayers are all that I have to offer.

I am very interested in your information about the caring of the animals and that angle.

Keep it coming & God Bless Amber!
