Edward ..... Please help.    I am using a laptop with aircard from the lake.  Needless to say, large searches overwhelm my little system.

This site looked interesting and I just cannot get to the details on empty houses, but if you could look at it, I'll bet you can.

If it doesn't take you to my search, probably shortening the IP address would work.

Thanks.

I have been reading this thread on and off. Ambers Grandma you are providing a lot of information, thank you.

I have a question. Amber's dad wrote a letter stating it was Friday and he should on the way to the train station to pick Amber up. Did she take the train every Friday? Is this a commuter train where the same people are on it every day? Did she talk with anyone on the train that you know of? maybe she divulged what school she went to? that person would not be a stranger and she would trust getting a ride in the rain, just a thought...

Hi Edward,

This link may be better for multiple listings in Escondido.

Tracygirl .. good catch on the Friday train. Wonder if she may have had a train friend.

The possibility that someone who knew Amber at least casually, targeted her and perhaps is keeping her in town is possibly the best scenario.  That is why I keep looking in the neighborhood.

Hi Chi-monkey

I have taken a look at both sites..They actually the same site and there are many real estate sites like them listing foreclosed homes..

There is good reason for your thinking as vacant homes could be used for such things ...

I did list a link today
In a crimes blog, a page or 2 back, In San Diego there is one crime report listed where a 14 year old girl is taken into a foreclosed home and murdered.. It was over a year ago.. Still nobody has been arrested..It was brutal.
There are many many vacant homes.. I would think a realtor would eventually come across something..

The Realtors do not use helicopters to take aerial shots of these homes they use Google and other map sites and they steal the images we are seeing on there advertising.
Ariel photos are becoming more rare by the day because of Google and others who are using Satellite images make very little work for private pilots who used to go around taking Ariel photos for a living..
The police use Ariel photography on there helicopters..
So does the electric company when they are doing line work..
News media uses on-off cameras too.
Some construction companies still pay for progress images on large construction projects..

Finding a satellite of Escondido on Feb 13 2009 is one long shot.
They are usually time delayed.
My home pictured on google earth..The images of my property is 5 years old.

The construction trucks mentioned..
This means to me there are workers nearby when Amber goes missing.
Are the construction trucks mentioned working on Broadway on February 13 2009 at 7 a.m. ?
Are they working on the road on a rainy day ?
Who owns the construction trucks ?

God bless Amber's family and keep them well and rested enough to continue to be the wonderful advocates, support, and information gatherers they have been for their well-loved and heart fully missed child, Amber.

I Consider it very possible that Amber was already in the Pick Up When it is seen on Video. She would have been walking to the animal area of the school by walking down the Bus yard driveway when approached by the driver of the red pick up. He could have just pointed a weapon at her and told her to get in..

This is an amazing video. The video shows just exactly how much time was spent in the parked position by the pick up..
I have to consider that it is very possible that This is where the perp is getting control of Amber..

In other videos it shows this pick up backing up a long way across the parking lot..

This video does not show the pick up backing up. The backing up tells me the person in the pick up is not comfortable, and is looking for another spot on the parking lot out of sight of others. The yellow bus is in front of the pick up and blocks view as to what is going on inside of the pick up.

It does show the man walking to the bus, which appears to make the person in the pick up take off.
It also shows the white car, Who enters the area where the bus is parked.. Who may also have been witness to whom was driving the pick up. The smallest amount of info from the driver of the white car could be very helpful..

I hear what you're saying about lots of red pickup trucks, but I think it's the unique qualities of this truck that need to be highlighted and focused on:

Chrome Running Boards
Chrome Bed Rails
Chrome Wheels
Tailgate missing or modified to accomodate a 5th wheel trailer
Not a bright red color, but a maroon/burgundy/dark red color
Plus, if they did get 150 leads on the truck then it's a place to start and eliminate. I'd keep pushing to have the truck pic/description out there right along with Amber's pic (on her website, on the posters, on Craigslist, etc.). Some alert person might notice something and call in a tip that leads to something.

I realize this could have been random, but I too would like to know more about the construction work going on. Construction trucks were parked toward the school gates on west side. Was the construction going on at the high school itself? If so, for how long? How many workers? Same company, any turnover? Did workers usually start at 7-7:30AM? Did any of the workers get fired or quit before Feb 13? Did any not show up for work on Feb 13 or the days after? (Note that Feb 13 was a Friday, and Monday, Feb 16 was a school holiday.)

A notice from the high school dated Aug, 2008 said the construction of their campus Learning Center was underway and was anticipated to be completed sometime in the spring (of 2009). The notice contains various drop off and parking instructions (link below). Was this the same/only work going on?

· Police have said construction trucks were parked south of that driveway, toward the school gates, which would have blocked passersby from seeing much of the sidewalk where Amber would have been walking.

· No parents, construction workers or school employees remember ever seeing the truck before or after Amber's disappearance.

I too am very interested in ANY construction going on.. Construction workers normally start at 6 a.m. and if Any of the workers are around they should or may have seen something of value..

Thank you cloudajo for the permission to post your work.

It is a beautiful Sunday morning on the central west coast of California, in the beautiful Monterey bay area.
I stand in one moment of silence in prayer, thanking God for this beautiful day and in my prayers and hopes that a miracle will happen. That a answer will come forward for the family of the missing Child, Amber Leeanne Dubois.
Please say a prayer to God  " Whatever you perceive that to be " for all the missing people in the world that there families will find answers too.

Edward this month has so far been a good one, I think 4 children have been located and found alive!

Dear God,
I pray today to give thanks for bringing home 4 of the lost little children, we ask you to continue to bless families with the return of their most precious loved ones. I pray you shed peace and strength over the families and keep them under  your most thoughtful watch. I pray angels protect those who are not yet home and I pray you help guide LE and searchers to where they are.
