I don't know how to upload it, but on the press release section for the san diego sheriffs there is a document about an arrested of a child molester in fallbrook. He approached girls on the way to the school bus between 10-11. They found graphic photos on him with young girls undressing and in sexual acts. They believe he may have also lived in Escondido and San Marcos. (which is the city next to Escondido.) They also believe their are more victims out there. His name is Enrique Lopez Torres.

"Detectives from the San Diego County Sheriff’s Department, Fallbrook Substation, have arrested Enrique Lopez Torres for twenty-four (24) counts of Possession of Obscene Material (depicting a child under 18 years old), three (3) counts of Annoying/Molesting a Child, three (3) counts of Lewd Acts with a Child and one (1) count of False Imprisonment with Violence."

Molest Suspect Targets Kids at School Bus Stop
By R. STICKNEY
Updated 1:30 PM PDT, Tue, Sep 15, 2009

Here's the definition of creepy: A 55-year old man talking to little girls who are waiting for the school bus and even holding one girl's hand.  That's what deputies say they saw while watching Enrique Lopez Torres.

A school bus driver called deputies after pulling up to a bus stop in Fallbrook on September 9 and seeing a little girl running to the bus crying. The 11-year old girl reported that a man had walked up to her while she was standing outside around 7 a.m. on Clemmens Lane. The man started talking to her and then held her hand, deputies said. When the bus arrived the man let the girl go.

So, the very next day, a detective drove to a bus stop on West Clemmens Lane at the same time and waited. He said he saw a man out in front of an apartment complex at 233 W. Clemmens Lane "watching and waving" at the little girls at the bus stop, according to deputies.

Deputies arrested Torres on charges of annoying and/or molesting a child. They were granted a search warrant for his home. Remember our creepy meter? Get ready.

Detectives report finding Polaroid pictures on the suspect's night stand showing little girls between the ages of 10 and 15. Some of the girls are undressed and some are engaged in sex acts with the suspect, deputies said.

They re-booked Torres on 25 counts of child porn and three counts of lewd act with a child. Fearing there may be other victims, deputies released a number of booking photos of Torres over the last 10 years. He has lived in Downey, on Kellogg Drive in San Marcos and may have lived in Escondido.

The San Diego County Sheriff's Department is asking for the public's help in providing information relating to the arrest of a child molester who may have victims in Fallbrook, the Downey (Los Angeles) area, on Kellogg Drive in the City of San Marcos, and possibly in the City of Escondido.

In a story first published September 11 on the Village News Web site, www.thevillagenews.com, it was reported that a 55-year-old man was arrested on charges of annoying and molesting a child and possession of child pornography after harassing an 11-year-old Fallbrook girl on her way to school.

According to the victim, Enrique Lopez Torres was standing outside apartments located in the 200 block of West Clemmens Lane at approximately 7 a.m. on September 9, where she was waiting for her school bus.

In a crime report written by Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Smith, the witness stated Torres was “constantly standing outside of the apartments, staring and waving” at girls waiting at the elementary school bus stop. Torres allegedly engaged the victim in conversation then grabbed her hand without her permission or consent.

It was reported that during the conversation Torres told the girl how pretty she was and that “he would like to have her as a girlfriend.”

The victim tried to pull her hand away from Torres, but it wasn’t until the school bus and adults arrived on scene that the man let go of her hand.

In the report, an adult witness stated he saw what the man was doing to the young girl and could tell the girl was scared and trying to pull away.

When the bus driver saw the victim run onto the bus crying, the bus driver reported the incident to the Live Oak Elementary School principal, who called the Sheriff’s Department.

Detective Dan Laibach was assigned to the case on September 9. He then conducted surveillance of the area where the initial incident occurred.

At approximately 7 a.m. the next morning, Torres once again came out to the front of the apartment complex, watching and waving at girls at the bus stop.

Laibach called for a marked patrol unit to make contact with the suspect and observed Torres block the path of two young girls in order to talk with them.

Deputy James Emig Jr. responded to Laibach’s call and contacted Torres, who stated he was the manager of the apartment complex. Meanwhile, Laibach spoke to the two girls about Torres.

The girls, ages 10 and 11, said they were trying to walk to the bus stop when Torres confronted them, telling them that their friend was pretty.

Torres proceeded to ask them to apologize to the victim and tell her he was sorry for what he had said the day before. He then told the girls he would “wait to marry her and have babies with her when she was 16.”

According to the girls’ statements, Torres had invited them to “see his boat and he would give them things,” but both were afraid of Torres because they said he was always outside waving and trying to talk with them when they went to the bus stop.

When Deputy Emig questioned Torres, it was noted that the suspect was uncooperative. Torres refused to be photographed, said Laibach.

It wasn’t until Laibach gathered the information from the girls and told the suspect that he witnessed the crime in progress that Torres was arrested.

Torres was booked into the Vista Detention Facility for three counts of annoying and molesting a child and for false imprisonment of minor with violence.

Laibach obtained a search warrant for Torres’ residence. During the search, several Polaroid photographs were found next to Torres’ bed that depicted the suspect engaged in various sexual acts with minors.

The photos showed depicted females between the ages of 10 and 15 in various stages of dress and fully naked, engaged in sexual acts with the suspect and with other girls of the same age group.

Based upon the findings in the search warrant, Torres was re-booked for 25 separate counts of possession of child pornography and three counts of lewd acts with a child.

“If we find the victims in the photos, we can charge [Torres] with child molestation, but some of these photos look like they’re several years old,” said Laibach, who believes several more charges will be added as the investigation progresses.

“As we were conducting the apartment search, two other girls came up to me, telling me that [Torres] had grabbed them as well,” said Laibach.

Upon further investigation, Laibach found more child pornography on Torres’ camera phone. More charges will follow, said Laibach.

Torres is currently being held on $330,000 bail.

Anyone with information that may pertain to this case is asked to contact Detective Laibach at (760) 451-3100 or the Sheriff’s Communication Center at (858) 565-5200.

I have the police on the phone and having them check it.

I will have them contact Carrie.

Hi Edward,
It will be interesting to see if LE ever even mentions this to Carrie. She was in New York for the Tyra Banks show on Amber. It will be aired in a couple of weeks. I am sure she is home by now but I could not reach her. This is not a common name for sure!

I so desperately pray that this helps bring my amazing niece home.  Thank you.

Good for Arnie!  I am praying that something breaks soon.

Once the FBI updated their release they had talked about Amber's Irish ring.  I had asked Amber's Mom if she could share a picture of it and she said she would.  I know you have all been really busy but am still hoping we can see the exact ring.

Still praying for Amber and the family.

Attempted Child Abductions In 2 Counties

Lawrence - Police in two counties are looking for a suspect who is trying to lure children into his truck.

Both the Lawrence and Westfield police departments say the man made the attempts on Wednesday.

A fifteen year old who lives in the Cobblestone at Geist subdivision told investigators the man only said four words to her, "get in the truck."

"I was going out to check the mail after getting off the bus and he pulled toward my driveway and ask me that question," the girl told FOX 59 News.

Her father says considering the recent revelations in California about a girl being held captive for 18 years their family is fortunate.

"Someone like that is probably trolling neighborhoods all the time, but it sounds like he didn't have any success here so he tried to find another neighborhood," Steve Baker said.

Baker's daughter was approached Wednesday after 3 pm and the case in Westfield was reported several hours later at a park.

"They sent us an email today saying yes we had a similar incident Wednesday night involving a red pickup truck in the parking lot," Sgt. Tom Ashcraft with the Lawrence Police Department said.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 40's or 50's.

The Lawrence teen says he's driving a red smaller-sized pickup truck with rust around the edges.

Police ask anyone with information to call 317-545-7575.

Suspect sought after attempted abductionSunday, August 16, 2009

ANAHEIM, Calif. (KABC) -- Orange County Sheriff's deputies are asking for the public's help finding a man who tried to lure a 10-year-old girl into his car with cash.
Deputies said the incident happened around 3 p.m. Saturday behind an apartment complex on West Broadway in Anaheim. Investigators said the girl was on her scooter taking the trash out to a dumpster when the suspect pulled up in his car.

She told detectives that the man yelled out a name and asked if she knew the person. When she said 'no' the suspect drove to the end of the driveway and got out of the car, trying to convince the little girl to get in the car.
"He reached into his pocket, pulled out some cash, asked the young girl if she wanted some money to come inside the car and talk to him," said Jim Amormino of the Orange County Sheriff's Department.

The child was able to ride away from the suspect who drove off, but not before the girl's father got a good look at him and his car.
The vehicle is described as a newer model 4-door maroon Lexus with maroon interior and tinted windows. He also got a look at the license plate. The first six characters of the California license plate are 2VC945, with a missing seventh digit.
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 25 to 30 years old, around 5 foot 6 with a slender build and spiked hair.
Anyone with information about the man is asked to call the Sheriff's Department at (866) TIP-OCSD (847-6273).

Dugard surprise reunion adds urgency to Amber Dubois case

When 29-year-old Jaycee Dugard was reunited with family last month, Moe Dubois felt a rush of fear, anxiety and grief.

Dugard was kidnapped when she was 11, held captive, raped, and fathered two of her kidnapper’s children before the nearly two-decade old case came to an end.

“I don’t want Amber to suffer through something like that …” said Dubois, whose 14-year-old daughter Amber has been missing for more than seven months. “But our hope, our faith, won’t diminish until we find Amber.”

Since Dugard’s return, investigators have worked to piece together the details of the girl’s 18-year ordeal. And parents with missing children — like Dubois — have grappled with the mixed emotions a case like Dugard’s re-introduces.

On Sept. 13 — seven months after Amber went missing, and weeks after Dugard was found — family and friends gathered to pray for Amber’s safe return. The Escondido girl was last seen Feb. 13 walking near Escondido High School in black jeans, and a black-hooded sweatshirt.

Last week, Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger announced a $40,000 increase to a reward for information leading to Amber’s safe return, and the arrest and conviction of the person responsible for her kidnapping.

I have to say I feel the same way about a lot of missing persons cases at the moment.

There are quite a few missing girls cases recently that have absolutely no witness to an abduction, no known enemy and no reason for run away.

Are they all alive and living under the thumb of a insane control personality and suffering from as time passes they then suffer from stockholm syndrome ?

It is possible.
Searching for a live Natalee Holloway or a live Amber Dubois takes the eyes and ears of a nation, or even the world. Not just a lone individual or group. When Dugard was kidnapped there was plenty of witness and an accurate description of the culprit as well as an accurate description of his vehicle yet no professional ever found him or her. That says we can not depend on the professional police departments or investigative services of the United States of America to help us. We can not trust the F.B.I. as proof look at Amy Bradley.. We can not trust Interpol as they have proven to become only a political entity satisfying few if any with there services..
We the people are on our own. God Help Us ALL to find these people no matter what there circumstances.. The world is made of Good and Evil people and agendas.. For the most part Evil is working hard daily and Good has been pacified so long it is standing still to Evil.

Great post Edward! I totally agree! The thing that bothers me the most, is that it appears that we, as United States Citizens are disposable. The Government entities do not seem to put forth much effort to find the missing. There are exceptions to this rule of course. There are many that are hard working and caring. I am speaking of the ones that just don't seem to exert themselves anymore than is required.  It is also distressing to imagine if one of these American Citizens had vanished on foreign soil, if the cases would be treated differently. Especially if it gave any politician an agenda. Better yet, if the missing person in question had Government "connections" or was a household name. It is this mindset, in my humble opinion that allows perps to keep snatching your every day, average citizen.

VALLEY CENTER, Calif. -- A 44-year-old North County man is behind bars Friday on suspicion of trying to kidnap a 19-year-old woman and her 3-year-old sister from the Rincon Indian Reservation, authorities said.

Ricardo Manuel Vilar was arrested Thursday evening after an employee at Rincon Market on Valley Center Road called 911 because he recognized Vilar as the suspect in an attempted kidnapping that occurred near the store on Sept. 16, San Diego County sheriff's Deputy Cliff Cutrell said.

Vilar met his victims inside the store while they were making a purchase, then followed them in his car as they left the market to walk to their home on the reservation, Cutrell said, adding that Vilar eventually got out of his car and attempted to pull both victims into his vehicle The 19-year-old woman fought back and managed to run home with her sister, according to Cutrell.

Vilar was arrested around 8:40 p.m. Thursday after he left the market in a silver sedan driven by Andrea Schorle, 45.

He was arrested on suspicion of attempted kidnapping, while Schorle was arrested on suspicion of narcotics possession and driving on a suspended license. They are tentatively scheduled to be arraigned in Vista on Tuesday, Cutrell said.

Both are residents of Hidden Meadows in unincorporated Escondido.

I am pretty sure that this is Andrea's facebook page. It says that she recently moved to Hidden Meadows. She has a 13 year old daughter. I know I should not judge a book by its cover, but she does not look like an SO to me. Maybe she was just with the wrong person at the wrong time? I found a Ricardo Maunuael Vilar but he is supposedly 56 and the one in question is 44. There is also a Ricky Vilar that at one time lived in Carlsbad. I am pretty sure that Andrea used to live in Carlsbad too. I wonder if they are friends, roommates or more? I hope for her sake that they are just acquaintances and she is not involved in what ever sick things he is involved in.
