Yes it definitely is one and the same Tim Trahan from My research and from KTF's Article that did the the Dive on the trap...IMHO...As far as a match with a name from the PO Box I can not definitely say there is a match between Tim Trahan and one of the box holders.....I'm still looking to make a definitive match....

The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed a complaint in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas (Houston Division) alleging that (1) ten individuals --William A Rothrock, IV, W. Gregory Orr, Logan L. Nichols, Glenn A. Oakes, Clarence L. Miller, Stephen P. Gauthier, Richard M. Miller, Darrell L. Goodreau, Matthew E. Miller, and Timothy D. Trahan -- engaged in unlawful insider trading and/or tipping in advance of the announcement of USA Waste's acquisition of American Waste Services, Inc. in February, 1998, and (2), five weeks later, Rothrock and seven of the individuals engaged in illegal insider trading and/or tipping in advance of the announcement of USA Waste's merger with Waste Management, Inc. in March, 1998.

The Complaint alleges that Rothrock learned of USA Waste's plan to acquire American Waste in his capacity as Senior Vice President of Business Development at USA Waste and breached his duty by tipping Orr, Nichols and Oakes in advance of the public announcement of the acquisition on February 6, 1998. Based on these tips, Orr, Nichols and Oakes each purchased American Waste stock. Shortly thereafter, Nichols tipped his friends Clarence L. Miller, Stephen Gauthier, Richard M. Miller and Robert "Dale" Trahan ("Dale Trahan") (now deceased), each of whom also purchased American Waste stock. Richard Miller then tipped his son, Matthew E. Miller and his friend Goodreau, both of whom traded. Dale Trahan tipped his son Timothy D. Trahan, who also traded. Between February 5 and 6, the trader defendants and Dale Trahan purchased, in the aggregate, 322,500 shares of American Waste stock, which they later sold for combined profits of $567,634.75.

Your research has gotten farther than mine had.  I remember finding Timothy Matthew a while back.  There are two in your findings, one age 51 & one 62.  I thought I'd found one that I thought might be a son, but with the name being common, I abandoned it.

Good Morning Monkeys

After a morning of teaming rain ...yesterday afternoon an unexpected snow storm hit from the Fraser Valley.  The temperatures dipped to below freezing overnight.  The roads are a sheet of ice this morning ... many schools are closed ....

Winter is not over.

It's dismal here, today, too.  Maybe not as much precipitation as you have had, but typically winter-ish.  DH & I will be leaving with our group of family & friends for Cancun this Saturday for a week in the warm climate.  I will be going through withdrawal from SM & the daily contributions here for Natalee's cause. 

2NJSons_Mom ... I am so jealous.

Eldest son, DIL and grandson are returning on Sunday from a two week vacation in Cancun with DIL's family.  Only a couple of phone calls but ... the impression I got ... they are far from homesick.

When all is said and done ... the FBI should be questioning Kyle Kingman, Tim Trahan, John Silvetti and Louis Schaefer in regards to a possible abetting of those involved in an Aruban coverup that has prevented justice from prevailing for an American citizen since May 30, 2005.

I just looked at that again, you have a good eye for detail as you're proving daily, for I had missed that. The only way to view the full profile is to 'connect', maybe our brave KTF will do it?

I do believe it came from your direction and ... covered the entire Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland and Vancouver Island.

However ... on the positive side ... looking out from inside a warm and safe place ... the scene from our living room window is breathtaking.  The sky is clear and ... the sun shining through the snow covered branches of the trees ...

As openings of schools were delayed a couple of hours to allow icy roads to clear ... youngest son (teacher) came over to clear our huge driveway but ... his father had beat him to it.  The job was almost finished when he arrived.  So ... I made him a breakfast and ... had a 40 minute one on one with this guy.  It does not happen often.
