So this tells me that Lawrenece Kuni is leasing office space from Atrium, AKA Cooper.

Interesting that there are no assets listed.  We know it's a leased office space, quite likely including the furniture, and possibly staff as well.  But you would think the owner (Cooper/Atrium) would be the one to pay the County Assessor for tax on such.

Not that it necessarily applies in this instance, but the values used to assess property tax on businesses typically originate from the physical assets on the balance sheet at the end of the tax period.  Any assets that have been fully depreciated would no longer have value in that sense, and thus, would not be listed. 

In other words, it might be hinky or they might just have old stuff.

So the only thing left to establish are dates, right?

In my mind - there is far too much here to be taken as coincidence.


The PO Box was used to solicit donations for the search for Natalee.

Underwater Expeditions (Tim Trahan) was a party to that expedition.

The PO Box was registered to (at one time) Holly J Cooper.

Holly J Cooper and Timothy Trahan had the same physical address as one another (at one time).

Great summary and I completely agree!  I don't believe in those kinds of coincidences, not at all.

I'm not sure we have a good picture of Tim Trahan.  I don't know who id'd the one in Blonde's Ocean Search thread, but it doesn't (at least to me) match up as being the same guy on the Linked-In site.

Yes...What really pisses Me off though is that the first time that I called for the PO Box info the person that I spoke with must have only seen the name Louis Schaefer and would not tell Me the name....so then My source tells Me alittle while ago that the name was Louis Schaefer but one line down it says Underwater Expeditions....So if the first person would have looked better they would have seen that it was a business and They could have told Me.....
