Forexample, according to CW 1, around the time of the IPO, Mermis was trying to attain a project outof Venezuela. Rather than securing that work for Superior, Mermis instead sent the project toKaplan Industry - a Company he joined after the bankruptcy.24

I think he probably falsified his SEC filings for Superior Offshore.
You can see he's doing shady things with switching assets.
