THIS IS ABSOLUTE CRAP, tons of people under stress have to answer depositions, the level to which the Anthonys are "suffering" is NOT crippling that they canot answer flipping questions!

JMO....this judge seems a bit wishy washy...not the straight forward, to the point, judgements and decisions that Strickland has shown..depo's postponed but I didn't hear any solid reason as to why ?? maybe I missed it

agreed! LOL   Yes, they have to provide psych documentation.  The victory for us case voyeurs is that it will be video deposition!
Or at least, that is what my ears heard..........that and BS about not during sweeps week, him asking Kathi Belish when that was, then fox then he went off on some odd speal about his daughter.

I really didn't think the judge would be sypathetic to the Anthonys.  This is so wrong.  Why didn't Mitnik bring up Satsuma?  The Anthonys will have doctor's who will support them on this.

Getting a psychologist to say they are unable to give depo's will be easy.  This is a injustice for ZG and Caylee!  This judge needs to be suspended.  The Ant's are not normal people but how in the he## does not make them exempt from the legal system.  ZG is an American citizen and she is having the right to a fair and equal justice system taken from her!

Where is NE do you live.  I used to live there.  Not a native but for Hubs job.

Did you really?  How cool is that!  Whereabouts did you live?  Two of my sons and I are in Lincoln, one son and gson is in Beatrice, and my gdaughter is in Omaha.  We're not natives either, we sprang from California 8 years ago.  And it was for my job up in Norfolk at the time.     Would love to live in Wahoo and use Yahoo.   

OMG, OMG.  We lived in Norfolk.  What a small world!

I just moved from there, and do miss it somewhat.  Very easy going, little traffic, friendlier, much more laid back than Lincoln.  Most folks there go to the same church!     Going to Norfolk from California was a definite culture shock.  Bank tellers there remembered my first name and used it when I went in.  And even the folks at Runza, a hamburger place, remembered my fav order every time.  It's a different world there for sure!  Kind of like living in Mayberry.   

We left there in 03.  Were you there when the bank shootings happened.  It seemed the place changed (for my family anyway).  My hubs and I worked at the hospital.  I am sure that we may have even crossed paths at some time!

Yeah..  I knew some of those killed that day.    

We moved there in '01, so it's very likely we crossed paths!!  Did you ever eat at BKing on 13th?  If you did, my youngest son probably cooked your food at least once.  He started his career in food there, was kitchen manager at 16 yrs old, is now a chef at a fancy shmancy restaurant in Lincoln. 

Have you seen the hospital lately?  My gosh has it ever changed!  Were you working there when the heli crashed?  The local country radio station donated theirs.

Yes.  We heard from Lee attorney some time back:  Lee didn't know anything about Z and that will be his comment.  That or else the 5th.  Period.  Lee will go on the record and say nothing.

Lee said he is going, and as far as I have heard he has not filed for a stay on the deposition.
