I believe the PR part was introduced since it could help to tie in more possibilities for links to Casey, using her friends as the ties, the ones that went on to PR.  You have Cindy trying to paint the friends in a "negative light" (thank you Baez for that phrase)...we know that Cindy too did meet with Baez, so obviously they all talked strategy...."turn everyones attention to PR, mention it, throw it out there, kick it around"  taint that jury pool, throw doubt onto Casey's friends....nothing but lies lies lies.

You got that right Trim, we have this dep late today in transcript maybe even video (2 1/2 hours worth), Monday's ludacrious motion hearing & a major doc dump finally....God knows what else.    I cannot see what Baez is going to accomplish by his trying to block pictures the whole world has seen because his client was stupid enough to put them on the internet herself & obviously showed that she didnt care what public perception of her was at the time.   I do believe there are some in there that were deleted but retrieved that we havent seen that he is sweating over....too bad so sad.   Why did he wait pretrial to attempt to do this, those pictures were floating around as soon as 7/16, what a putz!

Now he files another motion to block the video of Casey reacting to the discovery of Caylee's remains after he whined for 2 weeks about it....what's with the Baez office, do they cut down a tree and manufacture the paper themselves that it takes him a day late and a dollar short.   In all my years I have never seen such gross incompetency in representation.

OK I must admit I got a late start today due to some wicked weather we just came out of.   I shut the puter down, I have a safety strip but I dont take many chances in severe storms because I'd be lost without my puter!   I'm gonna back track and read what I missed earlier this morning & get a few domestic things done before the transcript and/or video comes out

That's a good question, he would be a fool  to use that defense anyway.

I don't understand...if KC has said that the nanny took Caylee..how can she change her defence to anything else and expect to be found not guilty?

She's simply going to say this is not the right ZG that took Caylee..

I think KC is going to change to story to an accidental overdose.
..and maybe the overdose is the truth..it just wasn't accidental.

During one of the 1st court appearances with JB and KC, it wasn't supposed to have gotten released, but it did...and that was his statement about an accidental overdose.  Was the fugitive theory before that?

The lawsuit is for the $15,000...but I think she did it more on principle and not cash reasons.  She is one of the first people to take up a stance against the Anthony's, Baez, Casey's lies... I say bravo to her, regardless of what she wins, atleast she is taking action to expose the truth.

That is why these depositions are so very important, they completely taint the defenses..defense!  All they can TRY and say "it was another Zanny"...but the evidence points to her framing this one. (Sawgrass, her kids, her car, her NAME)

Thank you!  I love your little monkeys.  They remind me of a day in the cage there was a very heated arguement, Tater was in the thick of it, and she put a monkey like the ones you are using that looked as if it was saying something like "na na na na" as it turned its head from side to side...it was so FUNNY!  I am laughing just thinking about it.

Sorry, but you can't make that judgment from one photograph. It appears to be an extraordinarily pretty boy who bears a strong resemblance to Caylee, smiling broadly.

If he really cared for her "without reservations" then he'd be in a lot more photos, and maybe he'd have tried to come to her rescue, or done something for her besides pose for a photo.
