Yes!  The first question that came to my mind was this...

"How does he know this was not the same Zeneida Gonzalez"???  Was he there??  If he was not there he can not be certain, it would be nothing more than hear-say ..you know "he said she said".

Yuppers  & it backs them into a corner because they all went with Casey's original story at Sawgrass & Casey specifically used this Zeneida's visit there & the fact that she had a NY license plate...as well as naming two of her children...O MAN O MAN!!!

The lawsuit is for the $15,000...but I think she did it more on principle and not cash reasons.  She is one of the first people to take up a stance against the Anthony's, Baez, Casey's lies... I say bravo to her, regardless of what she wins, atleast she is taking action to expose the truth.

Thomas Luka is stumbling on his words & says that the dep was SUSPENDED because there were questions Lee refused to answer & John Morgan has to go into court to compel him to answer  O BOI!!!!  Morgan going to make a statement sometime this afternoon

Dear God Rodriquez better compel at least Cindy to give her dep...these people are so guilty of tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice, lying to LE and federal agents

This all sounds to me as if Lee was not the guinnee pig...let him go in and hear what some of the questions are, then get the depo suspended so he can go back to the home bunker and tell him ma and pa what the questions are so they can prepare............

First of all, Baez should do some reading about the actual case that "inspired" the tv show/movie. Although Dr. Sheppard was cleared legally, there were and are still doubts. I don't consider it 100% true that he did not kill his wife. but that's another story ...
