How can Lee not know if Casey worked since she was in high school?  He said he saw his family once a week cuz he had his own life and house...but still, I'd know if my brother was working 

And besides I thought the two of them were close. And I don't believe for a minute that Cindy wasn't ragging about Casey to him, give me a break.

Casey admitted to Lee that she lied to police, the reason was because Zeneida Gonzalez had threatened her child's life, her life, her parents & Lee's and what actually happened was that she met ZG at Blanchard Park and ZG without a gun grabbed her arm & took Caylee forcefully.  Morgan asked if Lee reported that to the police or his parents and he said NO.  Morgan asked if that is what really happened isnt that where you would go first.   Lee's response, "Well, no I just assumed the police already had that information."


THESE PEOPLE ARE SCREWED, BLUED AND TATTOOED - no wonder they are begging for immunity & fighting giving statements - this and Cindy sending DC to the woods WITH KNOWLEDGE - no doubt in my mind

I guess she's sticking with the ZFG story. WHY?? ZFG doesn't exist, not one shred of evidence of her ever existing or any nanny for that matter!! Even if we went with the possibility that there was nanny who used an alias, there is no evidence that any nanny ever existed, be it a ZFG or an ABC. No nanny, no pics, no phone records, no email, no witnesses, no nuttin'. So I guess we could say to KC, good luck with that!! 

I think that's good news - that she plans to continue with the Zanny BS.   I think that is the perfect way for the defense to lose - and send her sorry azz to prison forever!

I'm sure Lee's lawyer would object. My argument would be it does pertain to whether or not Casey tells the truth and whether or not Lee believes everything she says. But who knows, maybe judge would not allow it.

Hey Monkeys and Guests.

I'm soooooo sorry I haven't talked to you guys till now. I woke up with a horrible migraine (I get them often) and I just felt good enough to get out of bed not too long ago.

I know most of you are talking about Lee's depo, which I can't wait to see!!!!!!!

But for those of you who were around yesterday when I made all those phone calls about evidence not being released, I did call the State Attorney's Office, although not this morning as I promised you all....and I'm very sorry about that   (for those of you who don't know what I'm talking about, you can go back to thread 110, around page 53...i believe)

Anyways, I did call and apparantly the number I was given yesterday was Lawson Lamar's office! I was then transfered to someone who deals w/ evidence at the State Attorney's Office. I had to leave a voicemail (again), so once again I'm waiting for a call back. Hopefully it'll be today. B/C I'm still convinced that there's more evidence just sitting there that the media hasn't requested, and I know many of you feel the same.

**When the woman from Lamar's office answered my call, I told her what I was seeking, and that's when she transfered me to the appropriate person(the one I left the msg. with). This is JMO, but the fact that she didn't say "that's not possible", or something to that affect, is a good sign to me. I'll let you know as soon as I hear something.
