Yes it is and that was the bond hearing in August.   In his testimony that day he went into this long explanation that he and his sister were extremely close and share things that neither can tell anyone else - now he claims he didnt know if she worked, he didnt keep tabs on her but yet they partied together & mixed in the same circle of friends

I'm really not sure, hopefully someone does.

Casey is claiming that the law suit is frivilious and that she suffered embarassment & Baez said Gonzalez filed her litigation “to harass and embarrass” Anthony, and her attorney John Morgan is attempting to “generate publicity.  Her civil attorney let her put an amount she is suing for as $10,000

That is a lie because Casey gave the full name to the 911 operator & the next day to LE at Universal etc.   Lee & Cindy had to have heard that

WoW, you're right Capp, he's lying (or he's really stupid). KC said it on the 911 call! Is he saying that no one told him that the second that they got off the phone w/911? I would think CA would have said to him & Geo "ZFG" took caylee. I can't believe no one told him that right then. Geeezzz, what's up with these people?? They should get their stories straight!!

Holy Moley, Lee says nobody had heard of ZFG before it all hit the fan, and then we have CA in the jail video when KC says "remember, I got my straightener from her" and CA replies "Oh, that's right..."....  ACK!!!
