Casey admitted to Lee that she lied to police, the reason was because Zeneida Gonzalez had threatened her child's life, her life, her parents & Lee's and what actually happened was that she met ZG at Blanchard Park and ZG without a gun grabbed her arm & took Caylee forcefully.  Morgan asked if Lee reported that to the police or his parents and he said NO.  Morgan asked if that is what really happened isnt that where you would go first.   Lee's response, "Well, no I just assumed the police already had that information."


THESE PEOPLE ARE SCREWED, BLUED AND TATTOOED - no wonder they are begging for immunity & fighting giving statements - this and Cindy sending DC to the woods WITH KNOWLEDGE - no doubt in my mind

you know what??? Lee and his parents are lucky ZFG is NOT a spiteful beyoootch like someone else we know. 

She could sue the whole mess of them!!!

Simple answer, YES   Especially Cindy for perpetuating the accusation publicly, it doesnt matter when she backed off of that happy horsesnit to say no we now think "Zanny the nanny" is Jesse, Amy, Ricardo or Tony, the damage was done to this woman with the ties Casey used & her family making statements on her behalf.

I'll tell yas now I'm considering writing a letter to Rev Grund (whom I have communicated with on other occasions) because I think they should move forward with a civil suit against Casey & the Anthonys for flat out accusing Jesse of being "Zanny" taking Caylee and murdering her.   Why now?   Because it would compel them all to take depositions in that matter because they are DIRECT PARTIES & would not be able to avoid deposition.    What is so vital in that civil action is all of their statements to LE and the FBI would be subject to fair questioning & goes directly to the actions they have taken to cover for Casey including accusing him of being responsible for Caylee's disappearance/murder - that testimony would be the third party direct evidence of what they have done to obstruct justice that could charge them criminally above & beyond their protection if they were given a use immunity for their witness testimony at Casey's trial.  Additionally, it will back them into a very tight corner as witnesses at Casey's murder trial because if they put forward anything else other than what they say in those depositions they will have perjured themselves. It would help Zeneida's case as well because it shows that Casey had total disregard for how her accusations were not only damaging to her reputation causing her to lose her job etc etc but that Casey lied about this Zeneida since there is evidence that she & then her family put forward that "Zanny the nanny" could be other people besides her yet did not clear her from suspicion.   

The two civil cases in combination could freeze any dirty monies & other assets the Anthonys have received or will receive in the future & be ordered to be paid to parties that were proven in court to be harmed by the entire Anthony family.

My thoughts exactly, those "rumors" have come from 2 seperate sources all together, first Jesse's under oath meeting with LE and then Tony's under oath meeting with LE.  Fingers pointing at his need for some inner family lovey dovey....ick!  Sick b@stard.
