The floor looks great. How long did it take you guys to lay it? 

About two years!!!   

We'd get really tired and give up and then start again. Probably 2 weeks if we'd worked a full day every day. But HERE's ONE OF THE DELIMA'S!!! The BATHROOM off that bedroom. I haven't looked at vanities, and have no idea what would look right with the tile....................  any suggestion? I've decided to panel the ceiling and do recessed lighting, with lights over the mirror at the vanity.

Jackie will clean!  I will supervise.  A1 will cook!  MM will keep the couch warm and you will be Captain of the boat!!  Sounds good to me!!!

OH and Anna can train our spoiled dogs!!

I'm not ever going to get this finished................ it takes SO long to do it yourself, and the materials alone cost a fortune!! But,  can't just leave it this way becase 'd have to finish it to sell it! There were 3 bedrooms upstairs, and we took out a wall to make a big Master bedroom on the main level, knowing we were going to fix this one downstairs, but it's at a standstill. 

John bought himself a big flatscreen to put downstairs for Christmas.....................   it's gotten where that's his idea of contributing to the completion!
