Well I have been married to Mr Construction for over 40 years does that count

I've got this vision of the Monkey girls backing out the boat, armed with the oregano and refreshment!!!  We'd never get it back in the slip!!!

We'd be hitting the Marina for burgers in no time!!!!

I'm not ever going to get this finished................ it takes SO long to do it yourself, and the materials alone cost a fortune!! But,  can't just leave it this way becase 'd have to finish it to sell it! There were 3 bedrooms upstairs, and we took out a wall to make a big Master bedroom on the main level, knowing we were going to fix this one downstairs, but it's at a standstill. 

John bought himself a big flatscreen to put downstairs for Christmas.....................   it's gotten where that's his idea of contributing to the completion!      

  Don't worry, it will get done.  It is very costly and one thing leads to another and another...........and have I mentioned the dust and mess - just kidding on that part!!  Your house is beautiful - Thanks for sharing your pics with us.

haha stop, i have cottonmouth just thinking about it. geez tho, how much fun would we have... i love the ocean, and with you sweeties in  the mix, all adds up to major wonderfulness.

You will get it done. CBB even if you had someone come in and do the work, it would take forever to finish. Think of the movie (What about Bob,) with his baby steps. Remember after awhile even those baby steps turn into full steps. Your house is beautiful.
