And they will be able to tell if she accessed this zenaida myspace account from JB's office during the countless days she spent her full day at his office. And they will be able to tell that it is not merely a coincidence that 1.) the zenaida myspace was created on the same day Caylee was last seen, and 2. the zenaida myspace was last accessed on the last free day - when KC went to jail for good.

They will be able to see what IP coincidentally chose a "Dora the Explorer" dancing doll as their myspace picture when at the same time Caylee had a Dora the Explorer backpack (and most likely a Dora pony, as referenced as a "toy horse" found with the remains).

They will be able to see what IP...so coincidentally...chose a birthday on the zenaida myspace that is February 19th - where KC's is March 19th.

Apparently this myspace "zenaida" doesn't drive, because the Florida DMV shows no one with the first name zenaida having a birthday of 02/19/85 in their database.

And hopefully they will be able to obtain what, if any content, was posted on that account and subsequently removed prior to 10/14....the last date of entry. And they will be able to tell what IP...so coincidentally...chose "Miami" as the location when we have seen KC keep centering back on Miami as a possible place for "Zanny".

They will most likely be able to tell us exactly what time on 06/16/08 that account was set up. And since the forensics from KC's laptop show NO user activity for the entire day of the 16th, and the forensics for the Anthony desktop show only activity for a brief time in the morning and then again just prior to GA going to work, and no activity after he left work....if the IP matches the Anthony IP, that time of creation will NECESSARILY preface the disappearance of Caylee. Pointing to premeditation of the whole scenario and a "plan" as KC walked Caylee out of that house.

They, of course, already know that this myspace wouldn't show up on the computer forensic search for "zenaida" because there is no "zenaida" in the URL for this myspace. But they also now know what to perform a forensic search on to see if the Anthony desktop accessed this myspace.

Then, maybe, they will be able to tell us why the 22 year old Zenaida Gonzalez who got two traffic tickets in Orlando by an OCSO officer in May 2008 - one for not yielding at an intersection, the other for not have a valid driver's license was able to completely satisfy the ticket for not yielding, but was unable to produce a valid license at the June 11th arraignment for not possessing the license. And maybe they will explain why the payments on the fine for not having a license were kept up until KC went back to jail for good and then this "Zenaida Gonzalez" fell off the face of the earth. Maybe they will explain why, on February 19th, 2009, "Zenaida" didn't show up for her last chance to keep her license and they subsequently issued a court-ordered suspension of that license. Maybe they will explain why in the Florida database this Zenaida Gonzalez has never been able to have her social security number verified in the system...was it because this "Zenaida" is an illegal? or is it because she is somebody else who already has a valid license that has the social security number verified? (like KC). Is it a coincidence that this ZG has an address to a home that is owned by two people whose permanent address is in New York and appears to be a winter home for them, while KC insinuated a possible New York connection?

Maybe LE will also be able to explain why on 09/11/08 a previous traffic citation KC received on 08/04/03 for not possessing a valid driver's license, and which was marked as satisfied and dismissed on 08/12/03 when she did produce her driver's license, was changed from a "dismissed" status to "prosecutorial". Did they find that on 8/12/03 she had two driver's licenses, one with the name "Zenaida Gonzalez"? Possessing two driver's licenses in Florida is a felony offense.

Did KC run with people who had two driver's licenses? Yes...Lauren Coppel was stopped on 10/14/04 for DUI and subsequently also received a citation for "possessing more than one valid Florida driver's license"...she had to lawyer up to get out of that one.

It appears KC is ZG...it appears she created the myspace "zenaida" page before she left the Anthony residence on the 16th. It appears she planned something that required a "zenaida" and with the "timer55" backing out to June 15th, it appears she started this plan on that evening, probably right after CA almost choked the crap out of her. The LE can explain what that "zenaida-requiring" plan was and why we have the odd coincidence of Caylee turning up missing and then dead and it tying to a kidnapping "Zenaida"...they can explain all these coincidences to us some day. They'll probably also explain to us the bizarre coincidence that will follow this post when coincident to a JB visit to KC in the jail, the "zenaida" myspace will mysteriously, after months of no access, be accessed. Because I fear that, to be quite honest...I think JB has some one watching this site and that's why I haven't said anything about the myspace page here before now. But maybe just outright stating that we know what's up JB!!! will make him think twice about that one. But, of course, he can just pass username and password to good ol' Lee on the backside...Lee the formatter, Lee the expunger....Lee the "blue screen of death".

KC isn't lying...the last person she saw Caylee with was Zenaida Gonzalez.

good morning monkeys-didnt have time to read  all of Lee sad tale.  He said Z took Caylee to teach KC a lesson.  What was the lesson?  KC never said she had any problems with Z-so why was Z so mad at her that she would take Caylee. 
  I wonder what Cindy did to KC and Lee to make them such NUTS

  please does anyone of you smart monkeys know what KC did to Zanny to make her take Caylee -it stands to reason if you want to teach someone a lesson they must have done soemthing to you

Morning Monkeys.  I seem to be quite obsessed with obscure bits in this case.  I just realized, and I am sure that most of you had already figured this out.  The hat found at JBP probably was Caylee's and was planted there by Casey, trying to give some credence to the Zanny story.

I never have been able to figure out what the book in Casey's room was.  "Bringing Down the House", was not the gambling book, and I do not believe it was the yearbook from her  high school, as I believe that it is still named "The Grenadiers"

I'm not sure about the hat, but I do know our yearbook in HS was always called "Valhalla" or something Vikingish like that. But we always had a different name along with it, i.e. my last year the yearbook title was "the other side of the tracks" because we were the "low class" high school, but had better SAT scores and more National Merit Scholars than the other two HS combined. So maybe it was a yearbook that has a different title every year. JMO JSM

Yup, read that earlier....months ago it was thought that Casey was using info about the Zeneida that went to Sawgrass to help bolster her "story" there was even a woman that got robbed in her store (if memory serves a computer was taken) that was mistaken to be involved with this case, people including myself even saw her commenting on having to correct people that she was not involved with the Caylee Marie Anthony case.  If you think about it Casey kept dropping the name "Zanny" more often with her new circle, more than the excuse she used years ago with Jesse that she had a sitter, she could have just as easily told these new circle of friends that Caylee was with her parents.   If they retrieved proof that Casey created a fake Zeneida myspace to try and prove this "Zanny" existed along with her months prior searches for how to make chloroform, household weapons & neck breaking, it shows premediation & she is toast!   If Baez bought this BS from Casey & thinks this is what will shock the world, hes a bigger putz than we all have concluded already!

I think the public would be more receptive to Casey if she wore a white shirt, little makeup and her hair up in a pony tail like she did earlier in the case.  It makes her look young, vunerable. Last time it was so phony, everyone by now knows the real Casey!!! 

A1, I agree. She looked really cute in the button down white shirt, glasses and pin stripe pants. I hate to say this, but if I didn't know what kind of person she really is, I would think she was a cute girl.

Now for my O/T, my mom told me I have to have something nice to wear when we go on vacation. While I was at church today, the priest said to do something we have a hard time doing, etc. (like don't talk bad about people, be nice to your family, etc). So I went shopping as much as it killed me. Just to do a nice thing for my mama! I HATE SHOPPING. I hope tomorrow, KC doesn't end up in the same fat outfit I just bought today!

NoRose, I was basing that mob theory, or something like the mob, based on the some of things the physic wrote, plus one of the dumps that stated something to the affect about the FBI being involved other than just because of Caylee's murder.  I think it was mentioned that other things would come-out later on, like after the trial.  Oh, I wish I could remember better.  There's just way too much to obsorb.

The FBI being involved in a child abduction or murder case is not unusual, its standard operating procedure within the first 24 hours under the Lindbergh Law & work in cooperation with state and local law enforcement, info being entered into the FBI's National Crime Information Center (NCIC).    The FBI was present and working with OCSO from day one, that's not speculative its fact (Nick Savage).   Additionally, in this case on just the early facts alone the primary suspect claimed another person was responsible for Caylee's disappearance and could be in NY or Miami, reporting a NY license plate as part of the description of the car she gave, they have to act on that assertion even though they also had evidence that Casey was lying & may be responsible for the disappearance/possible death of her daughter.   An actual kidnapping  or abduction of a child (parent or not) can be charged as either a state or federal crime depending on the circumstances such as within state of residence or taken out of state.   Out of state leads are generally followed up by the FBI.   The FBI is involved if monies exchange in the commission of a crime (inc fraud) via mail, phone, internet, traveling out of state in the commission of that crime or monies demanded for ransom are presented because those are considered federal crimes.

Other considerations such as a escort/prostitution ring, organized crime or international money scams are federal investigations.    Now realistically, its doubtful these idiotic twisted lowlives are involved with organized crime.   Let's put it this way, if they compromised something that valuable to their enterprise or caused fear that it would be exposed the Anthonys would have been D E A D by now & yes despite the eyes of the world on them, that fact would actually drive them more to eliminate the risks - these pros have their ways, ya feel me?   Additionally, if Casey was involved in some elicit illegal operation, there is nothing to gain for them to hold Caylee over her head, a common slore isnt worth the aggravation - they would have just executed her.   Even if she stole a few thousand dollars from someone involved in such an operation, they wouldnt take Caylee until Casey paid up -a few thousand is a drop in the bucket to them & they know the likilihood of them getting it back is remote.   These type of scum of the earth deal with millions & don't have time to "teach lessons"  its easier to just snuff out the stealing slore.

Hi Capp-- And even the mob has it's standards.  They never harm children unless it's by accident.  Also, if Casey or the Anthonys had any Mafia or Mafia-like ties, they would not be so continually short of funds and taking out second mortgages and using retirement funds to pay off their lowlife daughter's fraudulent credit card use.  Not to mention they are too dumb.

Good morning monkeys!    Well I'll be this Jersey girl woke up to snow in Mississippi...gotta admit without the traffic & a mountain of it, its rather pretty.

Before I turned in last night I wanted to check something Lee said in part 4 from the WFTV links.  As a result it led me down the nauseating path of having to listen  again after I picked up on something.  About 1/4 way thru part 4 Lee uses his middle finger to his nose & then rests it on his cheek - I said "no way, is he..." so it forced me to watch again.  Then again he does it again 3/4 of the way thru Part 4.  In part 5 about halfway thru Morgan is asking Lee if he felt it was a blockbuster when Casey told him about JBP, you can clearly see Lee is agitated by these questions and sure enough he takes his middle finger and rests it on his cheek - he knows this was being videotaped it is my believe that he was indeed giving Morgan the finger!   His arrogance, over the top inappropriate laughter (nerves would have a few chuckles but not to the extent that he displayed) and multitide of lies support this observation just like Obama and Bill Clinton were caught doing trying to be subtle.
Another thing Im surprised we havent discussed that I noticed, Lee made it perfectly clear that the reason they had the memorial was so that Casey could watch it since she couldnt get out of jail so he just admitted that Cindy's motive for this memorial was NOT for the public but for Casey.    There is no mistaking it because he repeated it & said that this was all his mother's plan & she arranged everything, including her "America's Got Talent" singing debut & made for TV movie "Goodbye Caylee Marie" with microphone in hand at the end of their farce.   He stated that if he had a say so he would have had a very private memorial (agrees with sister apparently).    He said that he wears two bracelets, one for Casey & one for Caylee, so yes one of them is a cremation bracelet.  My stomach turned hearing him admit this because this makes it quite clear that they used this precious babygirl's memorial to get messages to Casey & to garner sympathy from the public on her behalf and their own.    Lee attempted to cover his comments at the memorial just like Brad Conway did BUT knowing they designed this memorial for Casey's benefit tells me he was indeed speaking ONLY to Casey & the idiot didnt realize he just gave that away too.    Im also now convinced that the teddy bear Cindy was hugging & placed on the tiny table altar with a Casey/Caylee photo was indeed a cremation teddy bear, how they could put Caylee's remains besides a picture of her murderer is beyond comprehension...this family is just pure evil.   It makes my blood boil!

I agree Capp, pure arrogance. I haven't been able to stomach watchin the videos and didn't get that far into them. Glad I didn't see him do that, I would have broken my hand while I punched my computer monitor. I HATE LEE as much as I HATE ALL ANTS.

That sounds familiar, there was even rumor out there that it was nearby where Cindy reportedly went to see a counselor about Casey...Im digging to see if I took notes on that, it was very early in the case

I just wish we had detectives like him where I live! Maybe the two girls that were killed down my street would have justice by now.

That's what I remember, but do we know for sure Cindy went to see a councelor? She also said she went to an attorney to get custody of Caylee and she never did that as far as I can recall.
