ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony's defense team is preparing for a hearing for Monday afternoon.

Anthony's attorney Jose Baez is asking Judge Stan Strickland to stop the release of personal images of Casey's that were put on the Photobucket Web site.
Baez said the images were taken a year before Caylee disappeared, and have no connection to the case.  The attorney also said the pictures will only embarrass Casey and may paint her in a negative light.
Baez filed a second motion to try to delay the release of a jailhouse video that allegedly shows Casey's reaction the day Caylee's remains were found.  Baez claims the video violates his client's Sixth Amendment right to have her lawyer present as well as her medical privacy rights under law.

The hearing for the motions is set for Monday at 4:15 p.m. at the Orange County Courthouse.

KC should have thought about that before she posted the pictures on photobucket.    She wasn't worried about being embarrassed, before.    Does anyone think that maybe some of these pictures contain soft porn?   Does photobucket allow that?

Photobucket is kinda weird - It will allow me to keep KC's real Porn picture - but not a smiley that slaps another smiley...

22-Year-Old Remains Jailed In Death Of Daughter

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is scheduled to appear at a Monday afternoon court hearing centered around the release of potentially embarrassing photographs and a video showing her reaction to hearing the news that human remains were found in a wooded area near her home.

Anthony, 22, remains jailed on first-degree murder charges in the death of her daughter, whose remains were discovered in December. Caylee was 2 years old when she vanished in mid-June, although her disappearance wasn't reported until a month later.

Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, will ask a judge at the hearing, which will be streamed live on ClickOrlando.com at 4:15 p.m., to block the release of the photos, some of which show his client partying with her friends, and the video, which was recorded by authorities at the jail's medical clinic.

"The defense lawyers felt it was outrageous and cruel that they were actually standing by to record her emotions," defense spokeswoman Marti Mackenzie said.

Authorities arranged to have Anthony in a place where she could see breaking news coverage of the discovery of the remains, and her reaction was recorded. According to documents released last month, Anthony hyperventilated and requested medication upon hearing the news.

Baez said the photos and video paint his client in a negative light and could further damage her reputation.

IIRC there were a hand full of "soft porn" pix.....I didn't save them. I think Janet had a zip file of all KC's photobucket images, and had posted them here way back.....

I understand its very difficult to accept a human can commit such an heinous act, maybe after so many years of hearing case after case & working as an assistant to a forensic psychiatrist I've personally become more cognizant that these horrors happen practically every day, but it doesnt make it any easier on my heart or shocking to hear the dirty details of these monsters deeds.

Add to that the boots & shoes concealed in a bag in her trunk, if DNA evidence is found on a pair of boots that are extremely out of character for that babykiller to wear or have a need to use, the jury will be back in 15 minutes GUILTY ....no mental disorder component will reduce her just conviction.   Her own mother stated to the FBI while filling out a questionnaire that she had no mental disorder, had not been seen by a doctor nor medicated ever - the defense can claim that she has a disorder but we all know she does, she's a narcissistic sociopath that made up a story to cover her skanky @ss, a disorder not an illness - significant difference.   It really is just that simple.

I really don't get the washing of the boots. I can understand washing of any clothes, IF any of my children/grandchildren WEREN'T missing, I can totally see washing clothes. But the boots? I think most people would have dropped them in the garage or off to the side of the house. Maybe I'm not a clean freak like Cindy, but I find it odd she would do this, unless she suspected her daughter had gotten into trouble and was deliberately getting rid of evidence.

That one has my vote. It is the things like that in which make me think that CA knew from the beginning that Caylee was not missing,but was gone forever,killed at the hands of her idiot mother. I hope LE has put all that together to charge CA with accessory after the fact and what ever else they can.

Hi!  I just found out I have a tree on my car.   The winds were terrible during the snow storm last night.   I don't know if there's any damage yet - hopefully the 10 inches of snow helped protect my car.   

Thanks to all who answered the questions about photobucket.    I guess if there's any porn with KC, it won't be found in the photobucket site.    I wonder if this hearing includes photos of KC that are NOT located in photobucket   (the photos we're wondering even exist).
