RE: the Myspace acct ... LE can determine when it was created and the IP address and sign-up e-mail. IDK .. seems almost too obvious. But we all know Casey isn't the sharpest crayon in the box.

ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony's defense team is preparing for a hearing for Monday afternoon.

Anthony's attorney Jose Baez is asking Judge Stan Strickland to stop the release of personal images of Casey's that were put on the Photobucket Web site.

Baez said the images were taken a year before Caylee disappeared, and have no connection to the case.  The attorney also said the pictures will only embarrass Casey and may paint her in a negative light.

Baez filed a second motion to try to delay the release of a jailhouse video that allegedly shows Casey's reaction the day Caylee's remains were found.  Baez claims the video violates his client's Sixth Amendment right to have her lawyer present as well as her medical privacy rights under law.

The hearing for the motions is set for Monday at 4:15 p.m. at the Orange County Courthouse.

Not sure how the rest of the Monkeys feel about this, but I think Jose is trying to block the release because he and slore want to sell these photos.  Jose knows the more scandalous the photos are, the more $$$$ they will bring on the market.  I don't believe for one second he's worrying about the slore or her family's "embarassment".

I wonder if Baez is trying to stop these little pictures with sayings on them, I would think that some of these are on many people's photobucket.

this does look like a fake my space page to me. When there are little or no info on the person, it usually means it is a faker. Could this be the plan all along, they are going to try and say casey has 2 personalaties.

zg, IS caseys alter ego, the one who steals checks from friends, cusses at her dad cause he wants to look in her trunk, tells the world her loving brother who still believes ALL her words, that he raped her?
lI know for fact, le watches these sites, and if there is something too damming, they will interviene, as I have had personal dealings with same.
It has felt " set up" throughout the whole case, and this ws post can make a bit of sence of it, or sort of connecting the next to last dot.
