Am thinking they ought to drag her in there wearing her jail gear, like most of the rest of the inmates have to wear to court.

He's trying to claim that the pictures are irrelevant to the case, well any of the pics that were taken from 6/15-7/15 ARE relevant because it shows what she was doing instead of looking for her "missing" daughter, it also goes to her demeanor.   Pictures prior to that time also show she was busy partying instead of working to provide for her daughter - no pay stubs, no tax returns.  Why was she out so often with her friends instead of caring for her daughter, age or living with her parents dont excuse her from not being Caylee's primary custodial caretaker.  While its perfectly acceptable to get a babysitter for single parents to get the opportunity to socialize on occasion the proof of those pictures showing the frequency she chose not to work or care for Caylee is evidence of her having no responsibility to do so, her desires were her main concern.  Does it exhibit that Casey killed Caylee, no but it is proof that she was exhibiting no concern for her "missing" child but instead rather happy & preoccupied with self-gratifying activities, despite her claims that she was "scared" to report it.


He wont succeed with a fraud MPD defense at all.   She has no medical history (her mother told FBI she has no mental illness, never treated or medication) she has not exhibited two or more distinct personalities (not even a well rehearsed fake one), no one has noticed her as two different people.  At no such time has she in Casey's body spoken as if she was Zeneida or acted like she was another person in front of anyone.   Have any of you seen her go from one person to another, no.  If she is claiming to be Zeneida its at best a story she made up & is now trying to support it.   It actually shows premeditation & a present conscious to support the story....IMHO I say bring it Jose & good luck with that.

You are correct that the MPD defense will not be an acceptable reason for the murder and will never be allowed as a defense.  As to all of the photos, both before and after, they have no bearing on whether or not Casey killed Caylee, but will probably be admissable in the later trial for child neglect if it ever comes to court.  This charge, as well as the financial fraud case was postponed, IIRC, until after the murder trial, should she not be found guilty in the first trial the DA has that to fall back on.  If she is found guilty of first degree murder and is sentenced to live without parole, the other charges will be moot. Claiming to be Zenaida is so frivolous, it will never be brought up. All JMO, of course.

Good Morning... Be careful to all Monkeys in the snow, thankfully since it is March should melt soon. Trimm... great news about your hubby's job situation. Today is the day we get to see slore, hope the defense told her to act a little more grown up sitting there at the big table. 

Hi!  I just found out I have a tree on my car.   The winds were terrible during the snow storm last night.   I don't know if there's any damage yet - hopefully the 10 inches of snow helped protect my car.   

Thanks to all who answered the questions about photobucket.    I guess if there's any porn with KC, it won't be found in the photobucket site.    I wonder if this hearing includes photos of KC that are NOT located in photobucket   (the photos we're wondering even exist).

OMG I'm so sorry, I hate wind, any kind of wind, the damage can be unbelievable.

I only got about two hours of sleep last night because I kept hearing trees snapping behind my house.   My husband slept upstairs, but not me!   I stayed on the main floor, in the guest room.
