Just popping in to say GOOD MORNING to all of you monkeys.

Have to go have my taxes done (yuck), but will be back for this afternoon's festivities with KC & Bozo.  I hope that KC is dressed-out as bad as before so that we can have another good laugh.  Need some humor to offset another Bozo performance of "As the Stomach Turns."

Good Morning... Be careful to all Monkeys in the snow, thankfully since it is March should melt soon. Trimm... great news about your hubby's job situation. Today is the day we get to see slore, hope the defense told her to act a little more grown up sitting there at the big table. 

Hi!  I just found out I have a tree on my car.   The winds were terrible during the snow storm last night.   I don't know if there's any damage yet - hopefully the 10 inches of snow helped protect my car.   

Thanks to all who answered the questions about photobucket.    I guess if there's any porn with KC, it won't be found in the photobucket site.    I wonder if this hearing includes photos of KC that are NOT located in photobucket   (the photos we're wondering even exist).

OMG I'm so sorry, I hate wind, any kind of wind, the damage can be unbelievable.

I only got about two hours of sleep last night because I kept hearing trees snapping behind my house.   My husband slept upstairs, but not me!   I stayed on the main floor, in the guest room.

Thanks Wendi!   Just got the tree off my caravan - it was bigger than we thought.   He had to use a chain saw to remove it.  It left a big dent in the roof/hatch area - but at least no one got hurt and it didn't land on the house.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony is scheduled to appear in an Orange County court Monday at 4:15pm while her attorney Jose Baez asks a judge to block the release of personal pictures and jailhouse video.

On Thursday February 26, Casey Anthony filed a "motion to stay the release of discovery." The motion (read motion) asks that a judge block the release of video footage of Casey while she was in the jail's clinic on December 11 after receiving word of her daughter Caylee Anthony's body being found.

Baez is seeking to block the release of pictures that were attached to Casey Anthony's online photobucket.com account. Many of those photos, some of them racy, have already appeared on the Internet.

Baez will also ask the judge to block the release of jailhouse video that shows Casey's reaction on the day she found out her daughter was dead. So Judge Strickland will hear both motions today, the State is going to argue the motion was moot because they had no intention to release it until trial - all he is trying to do is to find fault with Orange County or the State Attorneys office hoping against hope to show a reason for a mistrial, its so obvious.

Although many of these pictures have already appeared on the Internet, Baez claims in the motion for protective order that the media would use the pictures to embarrass or harass his client.

Baez says, if the pictures are released, people may use them to paint Anthony in a negative light. Baez also believes that the snap shots are irrelevant to the case.

The hearing is scheduled for Monday afternoon at 4:00pm. WFTV.com will broadcast the hearing live online. (NOTE all other media report it as beginning at 4:15)

Baez's spokewoman said that after the hearing he will make a statement, and be available to answer a few questions from the media. He is too busy before the court hearing. I'm sure he is, he has to make sure his client is groomed properly, and she doesn't sit there and look all silly and playfull. 

Wonder if he'll answer the English questions or only the Spanish ...    That was too funny the last time!

I couldn't fit getting back on yesterday into my schedule but the ZG Myspace account had me thinking all night...

I have a question RE: IP addy's.  I understand that it is like a physical address of where your internet connection is located, for example XX.XXX.XXX.12 and your neighbor's would be the next address down or up depending, is that correct? 

If that is correct than my question is this:  What happens when you take your laptop and go into an internet cafe or sit in your car in Sawgrass apartments and access someone's router that does not have it password protected?  Does your IP address register with myspace at the address that is at the internet cafe or some poor soul at an apartment complex that has no idea that some one is accessing you signal?   

I'm not sure if this makes any difference or not & I'm behind so ignore if already discussed.
