Not only is that the first we've heard any such thing that Casey said she received texts & emails BUT it contradicts Casey's assertions to detectives during her voluntary sworn statement at Universal!!    Discovery says otherwise, no such threats were on her cell, email, internet or otherwise from ANYONE.



And then this nugget, Lee refused to answer a direct question as to whether he believes Casey killed Caylee...hmmm

More on Ryan Pasley.

He moved away in the 8Th grade so she was really younger then but they stayed in close contact and saw each other when they could. As friends, so he says.

He also went to school in Jacksonville Florida so there is yet another connection. He also told Jose he would not help his client as he would not lie.

Wow ... imagine that!  Not!
And so interesting that Lee was working on this case ... paralleling LE's investigation all that time ... and this depo is the first we've heard about ZG threatening via ANYTHING ... cell, email, internet, snail mail, big sign on the front lawn, those airplanes that write things in the sky ...

I'm here finally. Just got of the phone with the police. He wasn't as nice and kind as my Sheriff Beary! 

That really stinks!! Was Josef in the car?

No Usually he is when I go through the drive through, but I didn't have time to go get him and get to the bank in time. So I went to one in the unsavory part of town. I walked out to my car and thought that isn't my car because it is missing the front license plates. The police man just called back and said since I wasn't able to get replacements (they had already closed), they won't report them as stolen until I get the new ones. That way I won't go to jail because I have stolen plates. He was much nicer this time.

Thanks, I have part 3 left, which I will get to later. That's interesting he lied about several things through part 1 and 2, so why didn't he just lie about that question, about Casey killing Caylee?

If he was, I would think he would of stepped up as it seemed he spilled all he knew when asked by LE.
