yep, there is too much of this complaining going on. the mods have always kept everyone in check! i hate (really, i do) to ignore you from now on. but if the mods are ok with it, why are you not? i am sorry for being rude but after the way JSM was treated tonite, i really have to disagree with you! i will probably be banned for this, but, mrs. peel, we have had too many rude & uncaring people posting here lately! i'm sorry but, anything that lives & breathes deserves a chance-just like Caylee! since we bore you, go to one of the other sites, cause you will really be so dissapointed! ok, mods, ban me, cause i do not like all these new people acting rude. i love all of ya'll, but i am not gonna have my monkeys judged! i trust all the mods to make a decision on who should be here or not, maybe i shouldn't, because there are too many special people here who have never done anything but try & help. hope this makes you feel better ms. peel!

From a legal standpoint, what benefit to the defense could it be to have Lee deposed first and Cindy and George not? I have just been wondering what strategy is behind all of this on the Anthonys' part . . . because everything they seem to do is strategic, to protect Casey.

The way Lee so willingly gave this deposition -- when he fought about giving his DNA and fingerprints -- is very fishy.

You're right, I bet they have a strategy too, but likely it is flawed. They sent him in to check out Morgan's style, They are so outmatched by Morgan. He will gently filet them before they even know what happened 

Yeah he's pretty slick, ain't he?  I haven't been able to see the vids yet, but I've seen him before and then a couple of clips of him on NG really clinched it for me.  He's a kick. 

I like him a lot. I feel like he is calling the Anthonys out on everything they do, and I like it!!!

Monkeys! Hope it's safe to come out today! I don't understand some people. If they disagree with the majority why can't they just say so and leave it at that. When someone comes on and directly calls another monkey out (for no apparent reason) it seems obvious to me they are more concerned with there own agenda, than with speaking/debating about the case. I just don't get people sometimes!

I didn't watch any of them and don't guess I will.The little I did see was on NG last night.My hubby got home about 10 minutes into the show,sat down and said"what in the world is he laughing about"? I just shrugged and said"weird I know"...Lee is really very odd looking.Anyone else think so?

Mornin'  Pooky! Thanks for asking, but I've been a bad monkey I haven't actually listened to it yet. Actually it was just too hectic around the house yesterday, I didn't have a chance to sit and listen to it where I wouldn't be interrupted. I just read about it here and the news sites. When I have a chance to really listen, I will do!
