Good Morning... Be careful to all Monkeys in the snow, thankfully since it is March should melt soon. Trimm... great news about your hubby's job situation. Today is the day we get to see slore, hope the defense told her to act a little more grown up sitting there at the big table. 

Hi!  I just found out I have a tree on my car.   The winds were terrible during the snow storm last night.   I don't know if there's any damage yet - hopefully the 10 inches of snow helped protect my car.   

Thanks to all who answered the questions about photobucket.    I guess if there's any porn with KC, it won't be found in the photobucket site.    I wonder if this hearing includes photos of KC that are NOT located in photobucket   (the photos we're wondering even exist).

OMG I'm so sorry, I hate wind, any kind of wind, the damage can be unbelievable.

I only got about two hours of sleep last night because I kept hearing trees snapping behind my house.   My husband slept upstairs, but not me!   I stayed on the main floor, in the guest room.     

I'm with you Sasy.I sleep downstairs during sotrms too. 
You might need a little nap.Or maybe we can get you some super leaded coffee. 

    I would have gone down into the basement last night - but there's spiders down there!

ORLANDO -- Casey Anthony's defense team is preparing for a hearing for Monday afternoon.

Anthony's attorney Jose Baez is asking Judge Stan Strickland to stop the release of personal images of Casey's that were put on the Photobucket Web site.

Baez said the images were taken a year before Caylee disappeared, and have no connection to the case.  The attorney also said the pictures will only embarrass Casey and may paint her in a negative light.

Baez filed a second motion to try to delay the release of a jailhouse video that allegedly shows Casey's reaction the day Caylee's remains were found.  Baez claims the video violates his client's Sixth Amendment right to have her lawyer present as well as her medical privacy rights under law.

The hearing for the motions is set for Monday at 4:15 p.m. at the Orange County Courthouse.

Not sure how the rest of the Monkeys feel about this, but I think Jose is trying to block the release because he and slore want to sell these photos.  Jose knows the more scandalous the photos are, the more $$$$ they will bring on the market.  I don't believe for one second he's worrying about the slore or her family's "embarassment".

interesting ... where did this come from? Who found it?

it will be very interesting if Casey created this ... but also very dumb b/c ip address and e-mail used to create will probably be her own.

Baez's spokewoman said that after the hearing he will make a statement, and be available to answer a few questions from the media. He is too busy before the court hearing. I'm sure he is, he has to make sure his client is groomed properly, and she doesn't sit there and look all silly and playfull.
