just watching more of the Lee Anthony depo....he is just laughing his ass off when asked the question of why Casey Ho went to Target shopping when her child is missing...He can barely contain himself when answering....He is a moron...the more I see of him, the more that I can not stand him...

Casey Ho.....good one!!   I have totally avoided watching the depos.  The eyebrows leave me speechless.  I only have seen the clips they show on HLN or NG and that's enough for me.  The lies grate on my nerves.  I can't understand why he finds this all so amusing.

Me too Zoe.  Everytime  I try to watch them I start praying that his tongue will swell up!

Those are the stickers that My daughter when she was in Grade school - she would put them on her earlobes. Before I allowed her to get her ears pierced. She wore those stickers.  You can buy them anywhere. They come in sheet and you peel them off. The normally have a tin foil like backing which the sticky stuff is attached too.

This the photo of the Heart sticker found near Caylee. If you look at the upper right corner of the heart you can see a bit of Silver *edge from the material backing ...  it would be the tin type backing showing.



Was thinking maybe the stickers were Annie's and not Casey's at all. That maybe Slore removed the stickers from Annie's house. The stickers look quite the same. Are beveled up and not flat and are shiny "stuck" On Annie's phone. IF that is even Annie's phone. Might be Slore's phone.

Hi Monkeys! Hope everybody is okay and hanging on for that long-awaited release of docs that should be coming this week.  Long time no see.  Desi's been here off and on for the past few days, staying caught up, but just not posting.  Busy, sick, a little overwhelmed by Dominic Casey's interview, Lee's deposition, the latest defense b.s., and some of the goings on here in the cage in the past week to be honest.  Had an awful nightmare last night related to this case.  Appreciate all you Monkeys' hard work and smart thinking, the friendliness and compassion in here, and especially everyone's love for poor little Caylee.

Well, I'm still reading a few pages back, and wanted to point this out:  Several Monkeys have ID'd this girl as Annie, but that is incorrect.  This girl's name is Samantha, last name begins with a D.  Goes by "Sam" or "Sami." She was a friend in the Casey/Annie/Sean group.  Her myspace name was something like Sammi~Dizzle.  Sorry if someone already posted this info; I'm still catching up.

And those little cell phone stickers are flat sparkly "gummy" stickers, and much smaller than the hard epoxy bubble sticker found at the scene IMO.  They do look similar in the pictures, though. 

Okay, just wanted to greet everyone and mention that -- back to reading.  I'll be back soon with a possible theory about the duct tape and heart sticker.

New Lawyer Joins Casey Anthony Defense Team

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News has learned the name of the newest member of Casey Anthony defense team.
Todd Macaluso has been a trial lawyer for more than 20 years. His practice is based in San Diego, California.
Macaluso says he joined Casey's team, because he believes she's innocent and wants to prove that in a court of law.
"I believe that Casey Anthony is innocent. I'm going to fight alongside Jose Baez and Linda Kenney Baden, as hard as I can to prove that in a court of law," Macaluso said through a statement released Tuesday.

And I believe that Linda Kenney Baden brought him on the defense team, and again I believe he is an excellent lawyer, and frankly I'm worried. 

Perhaps Linda did, I might agree.
But what I feel strongly is that he is the heaviest hitter in this case. I poured over his cases since yesterday. He is stellar.
I will go as far as to say he will take first chair in this case for a variety of reasons.

Here is a stupid question from a very stupid monkey blink. HOW the HECK can attorneys just ride on a plane and practice in another state? Do they not have to be licesened in that state? I know if one a doctor decided to go practice on his vacation time say in Florida, he couldn't do that without being credentialed and licensed in Florida.

That is not a stupid question.

The answer is they get approval from the court to practice "one time only" in a case. It is called "pro hoc vice"

Not long. They just have to file an order request with  their credentials with the court and the judge signs off on admitting them pro hoc vice.

Lee Anthony's Myspace Blog - I know we have read this before. But it just shows HOW emotional UP & Down Lee can be. He sounds manic depressive. But the comments that was posted that he has the look of Autism and the lack there of " focus" ... he writes himself about how he is having a hard time managing every aspect of his life. I wonder what happened to him prior to make him write this. To Mention every single person in his life ... is Strange. Its almost like he wrote a pseudo suicide letter.
That's why I wonder what created him to write this. Seems that it was a life changing experience whatever happened. That he is throwing the OLD Lee away from this moment on.  Hmmm.

You can't get it off of my face. I can't stop. It's been so long...I've missed smiling. I feel so good this evening. I feel as if everything is actually starting to settle in fully now. Ups, downs...hell who am I kidding...it seems as if lately all I've been getting were the downs. A good friend of mine said something to me this weekend that means a lot. I said something to the effect of 'what else could possibly go wrong for me right now.' He replied that everything is good with my family and nothing has happened to them. I didn't pay it any mind, but did acknowledge that would not be good. Well, what Brian said has sunk in. Maybe not the way he intended it, but it has truly touched a nerve. Over the past week or so I've had so many great discussions, or encounters, with what I will say to be the most amazing group of friends that anyone could ever ask for. Casey, Mom, Dad, Nathalie, Brian, Fred, Anthony, Michelle, Sandra, Audra, Jody, Michele, Mary, Emily, Jason, Avey, Tim, Chuck, Tina, Melany, Kelly, Sara, Foyil, Amanda, Emilee, Andres, Josh, Anne, Mallory, Tibby, Tasha, Taylor, Lora, Melissa, and countless others. If I missed you there, I apologize... Every effort on your part over the past week or so has had an amazing impact on my direction and where I'm at right now. In one way or another, as small as our exchange may have been...or as involved and in depth it may have been...I cannot thank you enough for showing how much you truly care about how I'm doing. Whether it's working through my relationship drama, offering shelter during my lodging drama, offering a reference, or hell, even a job during my employment drama...my god, just offering an ear for me to vent to. It means the world to me. Sometimes in life things happen as a wake up call. I think I'm getting mine. Hell, I'm tearing up writing this right now. Sometimes when you get too high on yourself, or think everything is great...you get knocked on your ass. I've been cocky, I've been arrogant. I've taken things, situations, and sometimes people for granted. The people that I mentioned above...my family...my god I'm crying now... Thank you. I needed this today. I needed this wake up call. But I needed to smile so much more. It feels so good to finally get something that makes me feel good and that makes me smile.

Another side effect of the anti depressant is a droopy mouth or eyes.  Look at George and Cindy - dont they look older?  What it seems to do is relax everything and that includes the muscles of your face. 

Hi...we're new here, hubby and I, but we're long time lurkers. My hubby doesn't like to post much, but he likes to read with me, so we share a registration here. We love Scared Monkeys! You are all such an intelligent bunch and at times crack us up with the funny posts. We lurk at some other websites too. In our opinion, SM is the best!

We've been following the Anthony case as closely as we can and you've noticed something I have too. Surely George is taking them since his attempt at suicide, but Cindy I wasn't too sure of until seeing her recently. I'm taking antidepressants for pain and depression, and it sure seems like they're both on medication. Probably more than just antidepressants.

I told her I would bring the dressy clothes, and maybe makeup but she must bring the LAPTOP because I will go through the monkey withdrawl while I am away.
