Didn't the bear or a stuffed animal at Caylees memorial have a shamrock on it...? now Casey Ho has a shamrock tattoo on her lower back...Was Cindy Ho sending Casey Ho a message...that they were including her in the memorial somehow...?

It is known that KC loves Shamrocks ( thats not the first pic of a shamrock I have seen in relation to KC). Either Caylee also loved shamrocks, which I doubt or they were sending KC yet another message ( insert puking monkey here).

Shamrocks are the sympol of the Anthony Crime Family.

SUMTER, SC (WIS) - In Sumter, police are investigating the starving death of a one-year-old boy.

Sumter County Coroner Harvin Bullock says police got a call at about 2:15pm Monday about an unresponsive child, and emergency crews responded to the house on Carolina Avenue in Sumter.

The child was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital.

Coroner Bullock says the child died of starvation. He says the parents, 25-year-old Kevin Isaac and 23-year-old Marketta McCray are facing homicide by child abuse charges.

Bullock said the little boy had a twin sister and the fact that he died is probably what saved her life.

Bullock said, in his opinion, the house was deplorable and this was totally inexcusable. He calls this one of the worst cases he's seen.

"The house was unkept, filthy. There was feces from the dogs that were living in the residence. There were rats as well as roaches and just very awful for someone to be living in a manner such as that," Sumter Police Chief Patty Patterson said.

Sumter Police Department Captain Alvin Holston says they have arrested the mother and father of the dead child. Officials say the parents were being held at the Sumter County jail.

"In my 30 years of being in law enforcement, this is probably one of the most horrific instances that I have witnessed," Patterson said.

The 1-year-old's sister is now in critical condition in the hospital.

The couple's 9-year-old, 6-year-old and 4-year-old were taken into Department of Social Services protective custody.

Okay.  Recently, I was all caught up at SM and feeling disturbed after watching Lee's entire deposition in the middle of the night.  No way could I sleep.  Ended up browsing at WS, found a thread about the duct tape and heart sticker.  (I had found and posted a pic here at SM awhile back that almost exactly resembled the evidence photo of the heart sticker from the site, but wasn't satisfied that it was an exact match.  And sure enough, someone at WS found one that looks like a ringer.)

But then I saw this:  A mention of "Pearl," a teenage whale character on Nickelodeon's animated SpongeBob SquarePants show.  The poster noted that Pearl's 'snout' (for want of a better word) is gray like duct tape, and she has a little red heart for lips.

Here is an episode.  Worth watching IMO.  Hearts everywhere.  Daddy/daughter stuff. Money issues. The line, "This job is cutting majorly into my social life!" 
Wonder if this is on DVD, and whether it might have been one of Caylee's favorites... haven't checked the evidence logs showing which kid vids were collected from the A's.

• George mentioned SpongeBob at least three times during his speech at the 'memorial.'
• Pearl has bangs and a ponytail like Caylee.  She lives for attention and popularity, can be overbearing and cries too much.

• No one has been able to come up with a good explanation for duct-taping a child, living or dead, and then affixing a heart sticker to the tape.

So, yeah, this is really far-fetched, but talk about a premeditation theory:

Anyway, that's as far as the idea goes... Desi, I think your theory is very plausible.  And remember as I once mentioned that duct tape is wide enough to easily cover both mouth and nose of a little child.  If that's what happened I hope the poor little girl was unconcious.  Knowing duct tape well, I doubt that she'd have the strength to pull it off herself...and as someone else mentioned, she may have been bound too.  Aarghh.  The sticker is indeed as close as it gets.

Imho, you should send this info to prosecution.  I think any theory within reason should be forwarded to LE/prosecutors.  Your theory is more than reasonable.

Maybe defense plans to portray Cindy as a parent who nearly drove her child insane with badgering and stating that she was going to take her granddaughter away and throwing KC out of the house on Father's Day night, etc.,etc., (as only KC could make it up - with a little thread of truth in it).  Such abuse that KC was both fearful and angry at Cindy that KC accidently hurt/forgot/whatever Caylee and that when KC realized Caylee had died that she knew "her mother would NEVER forgive her and she couldn't live with that.
So...KC was too scared to contact police (or she tried to contact mom/dad and no one cared enought to answer their phone) and KC "temporarily went insane" and came up with with her ZG stories.

Simple...abuse by mom, temporary insanity, accident (if the jurors deem it an accident then they can't convict KC of murder).

possible, That phrase always struck me too. I hope the prosecution responds with "she killed her poor innocent Caylee Marie out of spite, anger and jealousy of her own mother. She didn't want Caylee but she didn't want her mother to have her either. She knew what she was doing and she wanted her mother to suffer. This was no accident, no momentary lapse of judgement, this was contrived long before the act of killing her child was done".

What happens when Amy & other friends get on the witness stand and testify that Casey brought Caylee to the "No clothes party" & other nights they were partying away - maybe some are going to be testifying that they knew she drugged Caylee to get her to sleep.   An "accident" of any kind doesnt explain 3 months in advance searching on her computer for how to make chloroform, neck breaking, household weapons or that evidence of that search was present in her trunk evenutally learning that first suspicions were right, Caylee was dead in that trunk.  Upon that discovery what is found but duct tape wrapped around that innocent precious babygirl's skull!   Over a thousand pictures of Casey, everything & everyone she knew yet NO picture of Zanny with or without Caylee in the varying time periods Casey reported to have known "Zanny"?  What about Casey's message to Casey after the car was picked up at the tow yard "Call me, huge problem." That just REALLY fried me to know Cindy texted Kc that message. What HUGE problem Cindy... KC left rotting pizza in your trunk????? What still has my hair standing on end is Cindy's "goodbye Caylee Marie" rehearsed for a flippin production, microphone in hand...I found that to be a slap in that precious baby's face considering the motive - that memorial was for their TV movie & as I called it "Casey's defense Rally"

Very Plausible and I hope you forward this to the prosecutors office for consideration.
In addition - remember george broke down right after the pic of the heart sicker was released.  He mentioned over and over how him and Caylee shared SpongeBob.  I have always felt that he knew the significance of the heart sticker, and this certainly would explain that.
I actually think the solid shaded sticker is a better match as to me it seems as if the one they found was faded due to sun - and the part on the right retained the most true color (probably shaded by position it was laying).
