Is anyone else getting the impression that Buttafooco is trying to intimidate the judge? He keeps harping on gettting a fair trial, like he's telling the judge "rule my way, or we're gonna appeal on these pissant motions".

I pray for relief from Jose!

Does it bother anybody else that he keeps calling the Judge "judge"? Instead of "your honor"? Or am I just being silly? He just doesn't seem/sound very respectful.

Good girl, prosecution objected to Baez's boo hoo story about the Anthonys being strained with law enforcement (tha is no favor to them BTW)  Judge put him back on point   haha    THIS GUY IS A HUGE CLUSTERFUDGE!

I have a bad feeling they are going to disallow the video of KC at the Medical center. So far Baez has made an okay case for it (gag, choke). I hope the prosecutors can disprove some of his allegations, but it doesn't sound good.

Seriously.. why the hell would the jail deny Baez the right to see his client, *just* so they could pull her aside, tell her they found Caylee's remains, and video tape her reaction?    I mean.. does Baez really think this whole thing was planned.. that it's all a "game", as he put it?
