Just listened to part 1 of the hearing tapes..(thanks Old Fart for posting that link as I couldn't find them anywhere)

Did Buttfuzz say that LE did NOT take the diary...but only took a picture of that one page?  If this is true... what a mistake LE made...damnit, damnit, damnit!!!

IMO those people (kids) that came in and sat next to Cindy are the students helping to work on this case.

And I think Baez has been practicing speaking...he only says UM  every other word now.  Oh, and loved the part about him whining to the judge about LE and the A's relationship being "strained" and the Prosecutor. objecting...that this isn't part of the case.  What a dummy!  Did he think "tattling" to the judge about that was appropriate????  Why would the judge care? 

LE has been more than considerate to the A's IMO.  They should show the A's as much respect as the A's show to them.

Why did Conman have to escort C&G to the courthouse and babysit them?  Why didn't they have their bodyguard Dominick Casey w/them?  That is what celebs do.  GMAB

Yup, that's exactly what Im saying, the defense 30 page document supporting why the State should drop the death penalty in the Casey Anthony case giving reasons that might be a consideration "if" Casey was responsible for Caylee's murder was made public record by someone on the defense team, so it would be admissible as a State exhibit without the defense being able to invoke "work product."    Now, Todd Black made that assanine slip a few short weeks before this 30-pg document was leaked to the press by the defense "....serious case involving not just the loss of life a little girl." Due to the very early submission of this document,  I'd be interested to know if this was being considered by the defense to do but rushed to unring the bell that Todd Black rung on national TV (HLN CNN Mike Galanos).   I watched it live & said to myself WOW, this moron just let the cat out of the bag!

Hmmm....how interesting it would be if the State called Todd Black aka Gil to the stand via subpoena (hostile or not).   Dont forget Baez said in the beginning of the case that Todd Black was doing a great job for his firm but later said he didnt hire him nor was Press Corp Media paid by Baez's firm, Todd/Gil said a wealthy family from Texas then changed to Connecticut was quite generously donating money for his representation.   If Baez produces a contract now & screams "work product" regarding Press Corp Media it will contradict everything Baez has denied to this point.   O and Todd/Gil could be compelled to answer not only why he made that "loss of life" statement but with what knowledge he made the statement with.

What happens when Amy & other friends get on the witness stand and testify that Casey brought Caylee to the "No clothes party" & other nights they were partying away - maybe some are going to be testifying that they knew she drugged Caylee to get her to sleep. 

Just for clarity, according to Amy's statement, Cindy blew a gasket when she discovered the flag pics from the Memorial Day ABC party, b/c she (Cindy) had kept Caylee that night; Casey had lied to her mother as usual, saying she had an "event" to work.  IIRC Caylee was not at that particular party.  However, I do believe Casey brought Caylee along to the the Mardi Gras (I think?) party in late February... the one with the candy bead necklaces and the "Beer Wench" shirts, with photos taken in a garage...

Yes Des, Cindy was snooping around & found those pictures.  She printed them & had them in her car when she picked Casey up at Tony's with Amy in the car.  Amy reported Cindy saying "so you were at work huh"  I may have had my parties mixed up, but yes there is at least one that other's reported Casey brought Caylee too.   If memory serves it was also said that she partied at her brothers with Caylee there and something about another occasion where it was said that Caylee could sleep thru anything (which I found disturbing).   I have it all somewhere Im just getting a bit too tired right now to look for the reference points, Im shortly turning in

I went looking for the transcript and now I see why so many people (including you) thought Caylee was at the ABC party!  LE asked if Caylee was "with the mom" that night, and Amy said Yes; "the mom" being Casey's mom, Cindy.  But LE meant Caylee's mom, Casey, so they kinda faltered for a few lines, until Amy tried to clear up what she meant.  Transcript excerpt below. (BTW, Yes, you are absolutely right about Casey taking Caylee with her when she shouldn't have -- even sleeping all together in Ricardo's bed.  Wow. -- Just clearing up this point about the ABC party, since the transcript is so confusing.)

Amy is describing what Cindy told her July 15, when the two of them were alone, on their drive from the mall to Tony's to get Casey.  She says Cindy told her about having found the ABC Party pics and confronted Casey about them at some previous time (would have to be before mid-June when Casey went AWOL, right?)

What Lee says under oath is the truth. These people play on words so well.
He states, "I believe everything my sister tells ME." Key word. ME. I wonder what Casey has told HIM. If he is keeping mum about what his sister has told HIM, Couldn't that be a crime?

Are the police still able to question him? And if so, Why haven't they done so. That one-liner would be enough to say he knows more.

Casey was kind of butch back in the day!! I would of thought her to be gay if I met her then. Especially with such public display. Like a shock factor.
BTW...A lot of these pictures are inside of cars!! Is anyone driving?? Or are they just hanging out in parking lots!

Those answers will be at trial because there will be pictures of the condition of the remains & it will be painful to view.   It was reported that it was stuck at the back of her head & they had to cut the tape from the hair - that also indicates to me that it wasnt just a few strands...ugh I know this is difficult discussion but we will be not only hearing it at trial but pictures will be presented.

Thank you Capp for your voice of reason.  Wouldn't having to cut duct tape from the hair at the back of the head indicate that there was still tissue?

Sorry for being sooo far behind and if this has already been brought up....but, Dr. Perper, on NG last night repeatedly said that the "duct tape was wrapped so tightly around the head".  I kept wondering "why" Dr. Perper was emphasizing this fact and kept saying that because of this that it was NOT an accident.

Well, maybe the answer is what you guys are questinging.  Maybe the tape was wrapped so tightly (out of anger, fury, rage) that even with the skin no longer there, the tape was so tight that it wouldn't slip down over the chin area of the jaw bone (I just hate the sound of this). 

Caylee was a little toddler...not an adult...her pictures show she didn't have very big lips and tape could have been drawn tightly...even against the teeth maybe...who knows).

Im wondering if Dr Perper was called in by the State to take an expert look & we just arent aware of that yet, this is not the first evening he stressed that fact quite distinctly.     He is/was the chief medical examiner in Broward County (Ft Lauderdale)

I've been curious about that, too.  Dr. Perper has seemed to be more and more forthcoming with "definite" opinions.  Hmmm....

We also have to remember that Dr. G is the primary medical examiner - a formidable force in her own right. I am sure that she can tear Dr. Lee and the other "experts" to shreds!

just watching more of the Lee Anthony depo....he is just laughing his ass off when asked the question of why Casey Ho went to Target shopping when her child is missing...He can barely contain himself when answering....He is a moron...the more I see of him, the more that I can not stand him...

After watching him on a number of occasions, I am not sure he is not mentally +++++++ or autistic. He has the facial effects of a high functioning autistic adult many times. His movements, walk and other things seem to be very uncoordinated also. If he is, that would explain many of his inappropriate answers and inability to "focus" on the issues.

Wow, that is something to think about.  Kinda gives me the chills even thinking about it.
