Yes, Dolce, after numbing my poor mind with endless craft-sticker-searches,  I'm 99% positive that heart sticker is an exact match for the one found at the scene.  They are sold under "SandyLion" and "Stickopotamus."  Thanks for re-posting this, as I don't have a PhotoBucket and therefore can only attach, and not embed images in my posts.

See below for a pixillated enlargement -- helps to simulate the fading/weathering of the evidence sticker for comparison purposes.

Desi, i don't know how you did it but this is an exact match!! 100% positive!! Now, is this one of those tiny acrylic hearts used for earrings or is it larger?? What are the approx. dimensions?

Casey Anthony Answers Questions In Civil Suit

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Eyewitness News has learned Casey Anthony did answer questions under oath and in writing in a civil lawsuit she's facing.



A woman named Zenaida Gonzalez sued Casey Anthony for defamation, claiming she's the Zenaida that Casey has said she gave her daughter Caylee to. Caylee's remains were found in December a quarter-mile from her grandparent's home.

Zenaida Gonzalez's attorney, John Morgan, submitted 17 different topics, some with multiple related questions, for Casey to answer as part of her deposition in the case.

Of the 29 total questions, Casey answered to only two. Casey wrote her name to answer the question asking for it, but had a much stronger response to another question.

"Were you involved in the death of Caylee?" question 17 asks.

"The defendant would object to the question and would move to strike it. This question is being brought solely to embarrass, harass and brought in an attempt to implicate the Defendant in an on-going criminal prosecution for First (1st) Degree Murder," Casey responded.

The document was signed by Casey and dated February 25.

A court hearing is scheduled for May 19 when Casey's attorney will attempt to get the lawsuit thrown out.

O/T but an update on Nicole's case
12:46 p.m. A man who left his trailer with Orange County sheriff's investigators this morning was described by neighbors as an avid jogger and former parks and rec employee.
The man's faded, older model Geo Metro sat outside of the white double-wide trailer. Crime scene technicians took bags of evidence from the home this morning.

Gauvin Muniz, who lives near the trailer, said he would often see the man jogging along the Little Econ trail early in the morning. Muniz is a boxer and also likes to run along the trail

I'm thinking we are not getting this discovery now until after the Anthonys motion is heard...grrrr   They probably heard from Baez who saw the discovery already that the note was in that batch, just a hunch

It's official. Casey Anthony is not answering any written questions in the defamation lawsuit against her.
Now, the lawyers for Zenaida Gonzalez, 38-year-old mother of six, are going to ask a judge to force Anthony to answer the questions.
Circuit Judge Jose R. Rodriguez came up with the idea of written questions in January after Anthony's attorneys tried to block a videotaped question-and-answer session with her in jail.
The judge was trying to balance Fernandez-Gonzalez's attempt to clear her name against Anthony's rights in the criminal process.
Authorities interviewed the Gonzalez who later filed the lawsuit. She told them she didn't know Anthony or her daughter.
Detectives have said the babysitter story was one of many lies by Anthony that they discovered as they investigated the disappearance.

Hi there!  Well, Desi is running in ten directions at the moment, trying to take care of real life, plus busily sleuthing out something I'll be posting here in a few minutes (hopefully) and needing to be somewhere in a bit... so I'm sorry this is not gonna be a "take it to the bank" answer:

It's definitely not one of those tiny stickers.  I believe the heart is approximately .75 inches  (3/4 of an inch) wide.  Maybe about the size of a quarter?  Please don't quote me; this is from memory.
