Haha! Kathi Belich has no love for the Anthony's. Just now on the news she was talking about the civil suit questions that Casey was supposed to answer, but only answered 1 of them. Kathi reported that George and Cindy were at the trial...that they were supposed to be deposed but they were too distraught to do so...altho they looked fine in court 

Oh that memorable day in November at Blanchard Park, when Cindy Anthony insulted Kathy Belich as follows, and I quote:

"You are a STUPID WOMAN."  Um.  Yeah.  Whatever.

Capp, yes... I just now saw it, thank you so very much for doing that!  (Post #112 in this thread, right?)  When you pass on a message in that manner, do you normally receive a reply?

I don't necessarily believe that the "Pearl dress-up theory" I posted last night is 'the answer'.  Just thought it was compelling enough of a concept to take a close look at, considering how the disclosure of the heart sticker on the duct tape seemed to be a possible trigger for GA's Daytona drama, and how he kept returning to the whole SpongeBob thing.  You never know.

Its just a hunch, yea because the packages are ready...I mean Baez presented his motions.   If you look at the smiles on the Anthonys when "ironside conman" made his remarks after they left the hearing, it seemed they had somewhat of crow on their faces - I'd love to have seen their reaction after the judge that very night denied the motion about surpressing the pictures HA!  The next morning we hear he filed an emergency motion to block personal info, now learned its surrounding the suicide note.

Yes, to your original posting.   Like I said last night it may not be the slam dunk "Casey did it" BUT it is compelling especially since George mentioned how much Caylee watched it with him & he had his reaction after the red heart sticker news was released.

You are most welcome, it was just a phone call.  I did hear back once about something I thought was significant, no word on a second issue so it all depends.  I certainly will let you know if I do.

Yes, Dolce, after numbing my poor mind with endless craft-sticker-searches,  I'm 99% positive that heart sticker is an exact match for the one found at the scene.  They are sold under "SandyLion" and "Stickopotamus."  Thanks for re-posting this, as I don't have a PhotoBucket and therefore can only attach, and not embed images in my posts.

See below for a pixillated enlargement -- helps to simulate the fading/weathering of the evidence sticker for comparison purposes.

Hi there!  Well, Desi is running in ten directions at the moment, trying to take care of real life, plus busily sleuthing out something I'll be posting here in a few minutes (hopefully) and needing to be somewhere in a bit... so I'm sorry this is not gonna be a "take it to the bank" answer:

It's definitely not one of those tiny stickers.  I believe the heart is approximately .75 inches  (3/4 of an inch) wide.  Maybe about the size of a quarter?  Please don't quote me; this is from memory.

Do you all really think he is wearing makeup??  I dont know, sometimes eyes look blue and grey around them when you are really tired and streesed.  Why would he put on such a tough guy image when he tried to bend the sign, and tossed the dog water????  They dont go together.

I'm glad it is going to be warm! Thanks. I will bring a coat, long or short coat? Ski jacket maybe? I am having trouble packing. I hate to pack and Josef knows something is up when the suitcase comes out of the closet. He paces the house because he knows he is going to school overnight.

Awww.  Poor Josef.   My cats always know when we're going out of town.  They start acting funny, too.

I'm glad it is going to warm up and melt the ice on the sidewalks for you!   It will probably be in the 40s at night so bring whichever coat you feel comfortable with!    And don't forget to do something extra special on your birthday!   

Poor Josef, not. He will get probably 3 jumbo greenies a day, plus sonic french fries while I am away. Do your cats stay home while you are away?

My mom is doing something "special" for my birthday she just won't tell me what it is. She made me go shopping for "dressy" clothes and gave me a list of a menu, but wouldn't tell me what or where we are going. I chose prime rib. THanks for remembering my birthday.

This was sent to me by a very sweet Monkey.  It was found on another forum, not sure which one exactly...its interesting none-the-less, and with the slow day maybe we can join in and pick it apart, walk around it, kick the tires...you know give it the looksy!

After I started sluething some menial players around this case that are involved in the music business (Nothing to do with Disney or Universal in the beginning) and it led me into the world of internet porn crimes and the possibilty of why the Australian Federal police might have been called on in this case considering they were already in the Orlando area for other internet porn crimes. At the time I discovered one main world wide corperation connected to the music business was involved in a ponsi sceme connected to the world wide arrest of internet porn criminals. The man who owned these co. before some were forclosed on was very prominate and is still doing legal business out of his jail cell & has helped LE with other crimes. This person has nothing to do with the Anthony case but the knowledge of this crime along with so many arrest in 08' that helped me slueth further KC's love of the camera. I shared my info with Local 6 reporter in an hour and half conversation who told me he had seen some of the photos in questioned & was going to get in contact with two buddies at OCSO to ask them about the Austrailian Federal police involvement if there is any and share with them the post from the supposed wife of AFP officer that has been posted on several sites. Our conversation went on to discuss the lack of questioning from reporters wanting to know why no one is discussing the money trail? Two weeks later everyone on the talk show circut started talking about JB's "Where is the money comming from" issues." JB began being questioned by the bar and here we are today! The reporter suggested I talk with LE about my findings and how it might relate to the Caylee Anthony case. So I did an thats where the information lays today. If these photos show that KC was posessed(rumor of CA thinking this) or hanging out with"Dark Vailed Friends" (GA's suicidal quote) we can assume KC had no time for a child in her minds eye. Remember LA's comment to Tony when LA picked up the computer, "If I 'd have known you I would have warned you about my sister". I think KC didn't want this new beau to know her sexual esquipades so she could look pure an innocent colleage single working mother instead of her opposite persona. After reading lA's response to TL we can stae for fact that LA new KC had another side to her. I pray my imagination has run wild in this case and I'm put to shame for my sluething at trial!

Yup, that's exactly what Im saying, the defense 30 page document supporting why the State should drop the death penalty in the Casey Anthony case giving reasons that might be a consideration "if" Casey was responsible for Caylee's murder was made public record by someone on the defense team, so it would be admissible as a State exhibit without the defense being able to invoke "work product."    Now, Todd Black made that assanine slip a few short weeks before this 30-pg document was leaked to the press by the defense "....serious case involving not just the loss of life a little girl." Due to the very early submission of this document,  I'd be interested to know if this was being considered by the defense to do but rushed to unring the bell that Todd Black rung on national TV (HLN CNN Mike Galanos).   I watched it live & said to myself WOW, this moron just let the cat out of the bag!

Hmmm....how interesting it would be if the State called Todd Black aka Gil to the stand via subpoena (hostile or not).   Dont forget Baez said in the beginning of the case that Todd Black was doing a great job for his firm but later said he didnt hire him nor was Press Corp Media paid by Baez's firm, Todd/Gil said a wealthy family from Texas then changed to Connecticut was quite generously donating money for his representation.   If Baez produces a contract now & screams "work product" regarding Press Corp Media it will contradict everything Baez has denied to this point.   O and Todd/Gil could be compelled to answer not only why he made that "loss of life" statement but with what knowledge he made the statement with.
