I have a question. Why was the last motion hearing only taken from behind Casey? Was there some new rule put in place that they were not allowed to film Casey from the front? 

Someone posted that the defence complained/whined about the media trying to get close ups of what KC was writing on the paper last time....not sure if that's real or if someone was just making a funny..

The court staff determine placement of cameras, so this might have been done in an abundance of caution knowing the JB wanted cheese and crackers with his whine.  The placement might very well be much better at next hearing, especially in light of how the judge responded to JB.

Yes.  He was going thru a divorce, lost his job due to drinking at work, and lost his son to suicide a couple years ago.   But he was the always the "clown" so I figured he would be ok.  He always made everyone else laugh.   Great humor and smart, and nice looking!  (the kind of person that you think has everything going for them)    I didn't realize just how depressed he was.   Sorry for the OT everyone.

Yup, that's exactly what Im saying, the defense 30 page document supporting why the State should drop the death penalty in the Casey Anthony case giving reasons that might be a consideration "if" Casey was responsible for Caylee's murder was made public record by someone on the defense team, so it would be admissible as a State exhibit without the defense being able to invoke "work product."    Now, Todd Black made that assanine slip a few short weeks before this 30-pg document was leaked to the press by the defense "....serious case involving not just the loss of life a little girl." Due to the very early submission of this document,  I'd be interested to know if this was being considered by the defense to do but rushed to unring the bell that Todd Black rung on national TV (HLN CNN Mike Galanos).   I watched it live & said to myself WOW, this moron just let the cat out of the bag!

Hmmm....how interesting it would be if the State called Todd Black aka Gil to the stand via subpoena (hostile or not).   Dont forget Baez said in the beginning of the case that Todd Black was doing a great job for his firm but later said he didnt hire him nor was Press Corp Media paid by Baez's firm, Todd/Gil said a wealthy family from Texas then changed to Connecticut was quite generously donating money for his representation.   If Baez produces a contract now & screams "work product" regarding Press Corp Media it will contradict everything Baez has denied to this point.   O and Todd/Gil could be compelled to answer not only why he made that "loss of life" statement but with what knowledge he made the statement with.

Do you all really think he is wearing makeup??  I dont know, sometimes eyes look blue and grey around them when you are really tired and streesed.  Why would he put on such a tough guy image when he tried to bend the sign, and tossed the dog water????  They dont go together.

I'm glad it is going to be warm! Thanks. I will bring a coat, long or short coat? Ski jacket maybe? I am having trouble packing. I hate to pack and Josef knows something is up when the suitcase comes out of the closet. He paces the house because he knows he is going to school overnight.

Awww.  Poor Josef.   My cats always know when we're going out of town.  They start acting funny, too.

I'm glad it is going to warm up and melt the ice on the sidewalks for you!   It will probably be in the 40s at night so bring whichever coat you feel comfortable with!    And don't forget to do something extra special on your birthday!   

Poor Josef, not. He will get probably 3 jumbo greenies a day, plus sonic french fries while I am away. Do your cats stay home while you are away?

My mom is doing something "special" for my birthday she just won't tell me what it is. She made me go shopping for "dressy" clothes and gave me a list of a menu, but wouldn't tell me what or where we are going. I chose prime rib. THanks for remembering my birthday.

Guerra sent 63 still images and four videos of pornography involving babies to the undercover Australian officer.

A raid on 21-year-old Guerra's Florida home unearthed what FBI special agent Nick Savage told the US District Court was the largest collection of pornography involving "infants and babies I've ever seen".

More than 5,000 images and videos of child pornography were discovered on a computer and investigators estimated the oldest child on the images was no more than six-years-old.

Okay.  Is there a connection to the Caylee case?  Maybe so. 

• In the Caylee investigation, remember all those sex-related questions Nick Savage asked Cindy about Casey in the FBI interview?
• How about the detailed profile-questionnaire he had Cindy, George (and Lee?) complete regarding Casey? 
• Nick Savage testified, along with OCSO, before the Grand Jury that indicted Casey on October 15, and he was present at her arrest when she was taken into custody.
• This kiddie porn case is international (IMO could very well be the case ozinterest's hubby was working), and it sounds MAJOR.  If Nick Savage is also working that case, there is a (IMO good) possibility that a connection to the Caylee case is at least suspected, if not corroborated, by the FBI...
• Tony Guerra is 21 years old.  That is mighty young for a child-porn entrepreneur.  IIRC, they are usually in the 30-60-yr. age-range.  Guerra is more in Casey's league, age-wise. 
• WhitePages.com shows only ONE listing for a "Tony Guerra."  It is at 1817 Caralee Blvd, Unit A, in Orlando, at Hidden Oaks Condominiums.  This address is within a half-mile to 3 miles of many points of interest in this case:  Chris Stutz's house, Mallory's place of work, Lake Underhill, Curry Ford Rd., Semoran, Goldenrod, etc.
• He also has a P.O. Box; not the norm for a 21-year-old, BTW.

Here is another excerpt from the article that could refer to a connection:

He liked to hear children scream and recommended pedophiles go to Disney to look for girls.

• Casey told several friends that "the nanny" took Caylee to Disney.

Sassy, I just got home from work and saw your reply.  I am so sorry you lost your friend to suicide.  I am going to leave a message for you.  There are some excellent online groups that can be very helpful.  We are not alone and I can vouch personally for these people.
