The new lawyer specializes in accident reconstruction according to NG.  Clearly, by engaging his services, (Although God only knows how he is being paid) the defense plans to use an accidental death to explain Caylee's demise.  This likely means that the Zenaida defense will be thrown out and it is now an accident.  However, if the "Accident" occurred during the commission of a felony, i.e. assault on a child, it is still murder. If Casey wrapped the duct tape around Caylee's mouth and nose, that would be an assault and battery.  If Casey anesthetized her with chloroform, that was assault. I can think of no instance where wrapping a child's mouth and nose with duct tape and suffocating her could legitimately be called an "Accident." But I don't think "Legitimate" is the operative word with these people. But I look forward to some kind of looney reconstruction of the "Accident."

Will Lee still believe everything his sister tells him? In his deposition when he said to "CMA" something to the effect that he longed to hold her, he wasn't talking to his mom.  She was standing right beside him. " Sob, sob, smack, smack, CMA, CMA, CMA." What nonsense.  There's something wrong with that boy.

Yes he did then & he also threw up the day he was there under secret begging they not tell Cindy or Lee for that matter, when he saying he couldnt shake the smell of Casey's car - the day the first jail visit videos were released & they wanted to warn them they were coming out which I thought was prety considerate.

I wonder what the pictures were?  As a parent myself, I would be upset if I saw my child doing something inappropriate and even embarrassed.  What could be so disturbing that would make him physically ill?

These pictures seem like they are old. Her hair is really short.

Some of the pics are pretty old but I believe most if not all are after Caylee was born.   There are a couple of pre-Caylee pics.
