It sounds like the pictures are going to be released shortly, and the defense is saying Casey was tricked into attending the party. 

What party was she tricked into No Rose? The anything but clothes party? She was wearing the American Flag for goodness sakes. Amy even said KC lost her gaff tape during that party. There were pictures of guys wearing bubble wrap at that party. Tricked my arse. If anything was a trick, KC was the trick. (i think that is what they call hookers in slang on tv).

I'm assuming it was the no clothes party, she certainly looked tricked into going there. 

One thing that confuses JSM about the Ants. They knew KC was a slore, why did they believe her about working? Why didn't they just say KC go out have a good time, don't drink and drive, Caylee will be here when you get back? I guess it goes back to Cindy's Leave it to Beaver syndrome. I blame KC in all this, but Cindy has something to do with the way KC's mind works. JMO JSM

Yes, JSM, Cindy raised this monster.  If she had ever made Casey responsible for her actions, she might have learned some discipline.  As it happens, Cindy never taught Casey anything about life, morals, responsibility.  What could she expect?

Probably even Casey doesn't know who the father is, much less Lee or Cindy.  From what we know of Casey, she hopped into bed as a way of introduction.  If she or Cindy had known, that poor sap would have been paying child support.

The new lawyer specializes in accident reconstruction according to NG.  Clearly, by engaging his services, (Although God only knows how he is being paid) the defense plans to use an accidental death to explain Caylee's demise.  This likely means that the Zenaida defense will be thrown out and it is now an accident.  However, if the "Accident" occurred during the commission of a felony, i.e. assault on a child, it is still murder. If Casey wrapped the duct tape around Caylee's mouth and nose, that would be an assault and battery.  If Casey anesthetized her with chloroform, that was assault. I can think of no instance where wrapping a child's mouth and nose with duct tape and suffocating her could legitimately be called an "Accident." But I don't think "Legitimate" is the operative word with these people. But I look forward to some kind of looney reconstruction of the "Accident."

Will Lee still believe everything his sister tells him? In his deposition when he said to "CMA" something to the effect that he longed to hold her, he wasn't talking to his mom.  She was standing right beside him. " Sob, sob, smack, smack, CMA, CMA, CMA." What nonsense.  There's something wrong with that boy.

Maybe KC is using the barter system to pay Jose and the new attorney. 

There is no doubt that she would if she could.  Jose looks like he would be open to it, IMO, but don't know about the new lawyer. If only she werre out of jail, she could have an ever expanding defense team, I'm sure.

Well as quickly as I came in, I am going out. Sorry to be a scarce Monkey today, but it was so busy today no one even noticed I wasn't here!!

I don't know. Maybe she could have been under duress.  She didn't look like she was enjoying it.  I could tell that she hated that burrito. Maybe I'm the Queen of England. Just as reasonable.

WOW greta just showed a front view of Casey in court, she is most definitely significantly heavier - its actually much more noticeable from the front

After commercial she's gonna touch on what's new with the case - Greta is a total disappointment that she just touches on crime cases & concentrates more on politics these days, seems so senseless since the other shows cover it on Fox

Hi all...I'm just now watching the court hearing from today and I believe Baez, when referring to the photobucket accounts, doesn't necessarily mean any photographs.  He is referring to all images which includes all those little sayings thingys Casey downloaded...like the one with the little girl and the hanging teddy bear.  Baez doesn't want all those images becoming public either because as well all have seen, those little saying thingys were probably just what she was feeling and thinking.  I was just thinking at first it was only photographs, now I realize it's those sayings she also downloaded.
