Good Morning, Wendi, my thoughts and prayers are with you.  Okay, so if the defense is going with an accident, how do you explain, the body in the trunk, double bagging and then laundry bag, and duct tape. Accidents happen all the time, and one would panic, but one would not panic to the extent that Casey did. All defense lawyers say their clients are innocent, and want their day in court, and the prisons are full of innocent people also.

The way I see it, if they were put on a public web sit--it's then fair game.
Also if there are taken on public property(not for selling) it fair game also????
Anyone know the law in Florida for this??
