What do you make of this new defense attorney?I wondered about him all evening.

Given that he has little to no criminal experience and has worked in the products liability/personal injury arena, I think they may pursue an accident theory. 

That is the question of the day.  If they pursue an accident theory involving KC there will have to be some sort of admission and I don't see that happening.  Just MOO, though.

Okay, so I just watched Nancy Grace.  What struck me was the two skeletons kissing.  She had much better image than what I saw online.  It was uploaded to casey computer June 26.
Here is what is eerie to me:  the two skulls together have a striking resemblance to a heart and to the shape of the heart sticker to boot.
Can a graphic savvy monkey place those two side by side?  Desi if you are here, is that something you can do?

oh my gosh that is the first thing I thought of when I saw that image.  It really does resemble a heart!

I just watched the rerun on NG and someone stated that Tony woke up one night and casey was watching the video of Caylee at Great Grandpa's vist. They didn't say what date this was does any monkey know

Oh -- Stacey, it was sometime after Father's Day/June 15, and before Tony left for New York on June 30.  I know that doesn't help much, but Tony doesn't pin it down in his interview unfortunately.

Oh, and sirensong, some folks thought those were the shorts from the scene, but as you point out, they look pink, rather than white, with multicolor stripes.  Good eyes.  (Hmm. Wonder if pink could fade over six months out in the elements and look white?  There I go again.  Somebody put me to bed!!  Night, Monkeys!)

I don't know but I do know how to make white clothes turn pink.....I'm not allowed to go near the washing machine anymore

Sorry I missed you Desi....thanks for the summary's...I'm going to be catching up my reading while the kids are at school...
unless my 2 yr old finds a way to get out here..it's gotten harder now that she's figured out door knobs

I read that summary....I only wish we could get the actual audio tapes...I think the meeting was about an hour and a half and it would make things more clear to have a complete recording...

I still have have much to read including the Hoover part..that seemed to be the most fun/talked about part in here yesterday...I thought there would be more pics with all that hollubaloo in the court room earlier...very disappointed about that
