Did the A's ever , while making pleas on TV speak directly to Caylee? If they didn't this very telling to me.  They had so much airtime and I never heard them use it to speak to Caylee.

Why would they talk to Caylee? In my opinion, they knew she was already dead. That alone was very telling to me.

Cookie- not on my site, I believe that account was in a discovery doc a while back, just not sure. I did not put much stock in it because it was Casey's hearsay only. Does not mean it might not be true, but for me I would need more to buy into it.

However, this is just more of Casey's lying, to me she was just saying that to get attention from both these guys.

I found it interesting that Casey and Caylee spent the night of June 9th in Tony's apartment..could this be why the A's used that date in the beginning?  They were ready to throw Tony under the bus from day one?  When Yuri found the video ..that blew that whole sequence out of the water............and maybe that is why Tony was so ready, willing, and able to go undercover.

I would still love to know who else visited Casey during August and Sept when she was out on bond.  We know that Annie did....but if Annie did then so did others.

I hate this guy has joined the defense team. It doesn't make Casey any less guilty, but it's going to complicate the prosecution's case. Who is paying these lawyers, anyway? Is the money all coming from pictures sold to the media?

OK Someone please tell me it is NOT possible for her to get out on bail!!!!  The defense changes their stories flipping back and forth more than Casey changed sex partners.  I see a pattern here, and NO WAY should they allow her out!  She is a flight risk, a death risk, and a chaos starter!!!

There is so much to this case that sickens me and pizzes me off.  One of the things that got my BGP's in a bunch yesterday was:

•Authorities traveled all over the state to follow up on possible sightings of Caylee and other tips. Authorities visited a 77-year-old woman named Zenaida Gonzalez in Aventura, looking for the person Anthony said took her child. Personally, I don't think it matters what new attorney Casey gets to represent her. The only thing, in my view, they can do is try to impeach the evidence against her. Even if the State had NO physical evidence against her, the circumstantial evidence is overwhelming.

I noticed Baez said in the hearing the other day that he believes his case isn't going to be any longer than the State's case. That tells me this is going to be a Scott Peterson like trial with the attorneys making BIG promises and assertions but when it comes right down to it, all they will do is try and poke holes in the prosecution's case, and that will be the end of it.

Casey hung herself with her own words and actions right from the beginning. She should get the stupidest criminal ever award.
