I'm far behind but want to know the State doesn't try the case as premeditated in the 1st Degree(?) can the jury come back and ask/determine that it be considered so? 

I only wonder because I'm one who is always struggling to give folks the benefit of the doubt (fool that I am ), but the evidence of which I'm aware makes it very difficult to see lollipops and rainbows.

Does anyone know if that's true?  Also, caught a glimpse of NG tonight and they were mentioning a defense that appears to claim some type of mental illness. Sounded like it was PPD that moved to a different stage. Did anyone else see this and know what they're referring to?

I really have no idea what kind of money is involved in this business.  I assume the majority of the money is made by the company itself and does not trickle down (  ) to the models.  I also do not know how long she alledgedly had been doing it.  Having said that, I think KC had some pretty expensive habbits.  For one, I imagine her cell phone bill being between $350-400 a month.  I also think that if you are doing this kind of work, you might be inclined to take drugs of some sort.  That is not cheap either.  I'm not sure the street price of Xanax but I imagine it is pretty expensive.  We all know that KC was seen shopping at Target and it appeared that she did not have expensive things but yet again, I think she may have had some "nicer" stuff we might not know about.  MOO.  Lovin

There is another one I have seen which is much more graphic. If it is "professional" as the article said, then she likely makes very little. I think they get a small percentage of the number of hits.  I am not sure how that works, but will ask and find out.  There are some places where they can do "self porn videos" which are promoted by the site over the net.

I had somewhat decided that was what she was into. They get paid according to the number of hits on the site. I wondered if there was some with maybe Lee an/or some of her friends in them too.

You're right. You know, it's actually very easy or very difficult to come up with a 350-400 cell phone bill every month. There are plans that have a ton of minutes and unlimited texting for about 200. If you go over your minutes, the bill explodes. It appears that she was always running a high bill??? Too lazy/stupid to change?
