When this Comes to a head in Trial - CASEY - AKA SLORE

She is going to pull the ACE and that ACE is CINDY and she is going to USE Cindy as her REASON - that she Killed Caylee ... I have NO doubt at all that Casey is going do this.

And Slore is gonna work Mamma under the BUS as hard as she can - trust me. 

Yes, I agree with you.  Cindy will be thrown under the bus...kicking and screaming in disbelief...it will drive George off the walls...Lee will sufficate by continually laughing so much that he can't'catch his breath..poor Caylee's already gone...that leaves KC with the house to herself (see, a thread of truth in her lives).  Hmmm...don't think Amy's interested in being KC's roommate any longer though..

Seriously, I do think Cindy will be the fall guy BECAUSE it will be the ultimate pay back to Mom!  KC thought the ultimate pay-back would be to take Caylee away from Mom permanently, but since KC doesn't think 15 minutes ahead, she only ended up hurting herself.  To fix that, KC has to perform a new ultimate - blame it all on mom.

I can see that fitting into the "post partum depression" leading into other problems presentation.  Such pressure from Mom, etc.

Now...can Cindy fight back...look what my daughter did - stole double-digit dollars from me, I had to use my retirement savings to pay for the debt, stole cars, stole gas, didn't look after my granddaughter, wouldn't let me have the granddaughter, slored, did drugs, stole from others, lied, lied, lied, lied, drove me crazy trying to keep my head above water, etc., etc.,

OMG - we surely have a very interesting time yet to come!!

Cindy CANT fight back - You know why ? Because she allowed Slore to commit Fraud. She allowed Slore to Steal, She Allowed Slore to abuse and steal and take - and never ever contacted authorities = and Slore was living under her roof. 
She Cindy was probably at that time claiming Slore in her Taxes - Maybe even Caylee.

This has already been my Life. I at 23 got PG. Had though a job and my own apt prior to becoming PG. I was on my own. I took care of myself Housing, bills etc. NO help from Mom and Dad ever. All me. I became Pg and was working at a company that paid me well - Yet when I was almost 5 mos pg - Ooops The company I worked for Shut down. Everyone in the company locked OUT - IRS. Cant fight that. So I was forced to move back home- I lost everything. What was my priority - Getting it Back. Getting everything back. Taking on what I could at my weakest point as a single woman - I knew I had to restart again rock bottom. And I did. I was working again when my Daughter was 3 mos old. And then finally saved enough money to move out again on my own when my D was just about to turn 2 yrs old.

See but CASEY didnt have to take on LIFE - because she had nothing else to compare -
Her MOM always told her - YOUR my Property. You will do as I say and say as I do. Never allowed Casey to Grow up.

So I say Shame on Cindy and Yes I totally believe that Cindy is partly responsible for Caylee's Death.

There is another one I have seen which is much more graphic. If it is "professional" as the article said, then she likely makes very little. I think they get a small percentage of the number of hits.  I am not sure how that works, but will ask and find out.  There are some places where they can do "self porn videos" which are promoted by the site over the net.

I had somewhat decided that was what she was into. They get paid according to the number of hits on the site. I wondered if there was some with maybe Lee an/or some of her friends in them too.

Hi, Monkeys... Don't ya hate it when your real-life stuff gets in the way of your SM time?  Finally made it here tonight, only to find that the "Man of a Thousand Motions" (credit: shoperoo) has been at it again.  What a brat.  That whine-you-didn't-tell-my-expert-you-already-took-stuff-out-of-the-car-whine motion really upset me for a few minutes.  Then I remembered...  The State has "overwhelming evidence" against Casey.  "Casey's going down!" Deenie, you have my head spinning on this whole password-code thing.  I did try to track down a couple of those phone numbers but came up empty like you did.  Intriguing. I did note that the passwords only use numerals that correlate with letters on phone buttons.  No 1's, no 0's, only numbers that are associated with letters.  So you may be onto something. (Though 1's and 0's are easily mistaken for I's and O's so they don't make good password numbers anyway -- oh, never mind.)  See what I mean?

Also, Lenoman said that if the prosecution brings back the death penalty to the case (and they have until the day of the trial to make that determination) it would substantially delay the trial because they would have to bring in a death penalty qualified attorney, which would take substantial time to prepare his case.

NG said that they would also have to find a death penalty jury, which is hard to accomplish.

NO that's his legal opinion - Lenoman and he is no longer on the Case and has not been. So I do not even understand where he " stands" within the case at all.
He created his own depo of what was known at the time and presented it to Orange County in Court. He is no longer in the picture. His version may come back to Haunt ..But truly he is out of the Case - for quite a while now.
He is no longer representing Casey nor the Ant family or anyone at all. I have no Idea why NG even put him in the spot light.

Makes no sense to me - None. So for his claims that Casey was suffering from Postpartum Depression  - GAG ME -
His claims that she was hormonally unstable etc... again GAG me.

He is not a worry - truly. Who is though a worry is Casey herself. Because I feel that she is going to go after Cindy as a cause of all of this - and try to blame it all on her - for Caylee's Death.

Cindy I do believe is part of the cause - The reason - The Trigger to Cause Casey to Kill Caylee ..And NO way am I defending Casey - I do believe that Cindy's last convictions stated to Casey was the grand finale and thats why Casey killed Caylee.

The legal Jack asses that were in the first part of this case  - who have nothing to do with the final outcome - forget about them.

Mr Lenamon - remind me again, where did you get your medical degree? Because sounds to me like you are making diagnosis there and we didn't get a medical degree in tandem with law degrees where I went!

I am team CAYLEE all the way, but one thing does bother me with the dream team and even Lemamon lurking in the background.  It can be summed up like this:  "If it doesn't fit you must acquit" That haunting jingle got OJ off.  Micheal Jackson ring a bell..........dare I continue with the reasons we all have to check emotions?  I CAN already feel the anger I would feel if another legal injustice happens.  I can feel the collective pain of monkeys too and that scares the beejeebers outta me.  I don't even need to go to the Natalee H thread to feel the ongoing pain from the monkeys there that mourn everyday for the injustice done to beautiful Natalee. 
So, my prayer:  Dear Lord, Never again, please.

Not trying to be a downer, so love me (if you ever did! LOL) but I am worried that we keep in check this is not a slam dunk and the first rule of law, is there is no justice in the justice system sometimes.

I totally understand your concerns - But people today are too smart to allow this to happen again in a Jury system. This is a Child " Caylee" and she has taken Life within every nation of this planet since her disappearance  and since her tiny little body being found.
NO Way is Slore walking .. NO Way not going to happen.
