SO Has anyone  like the Judge said anything to Baez about the way he interacts withCasey I had read about the red the licorice part that's what I am referring too can he just do things like that he way too forward with her this is not normal behavior for a lawyer with his client?

I was wondering if that was recorded, which i am sure its not since she was talking to her attorney.
but i know if i was his wife, his bags would so be packed.
i was wondering to why no one has said anything about this statement. or why hasnt he made a statement in regards to this?

I think the guy over the jail said the licorice thing didn't happen. Said there was no glass between them and that an officer watched them when they were talking.

Sounds like either Hoover or Dom. Casey is making up a few of their own stories...I haven't read much of Hoover's statements, so I haven't got a feel for him yet but I wouldn't put this past DC either..

I heard on HLN a short time ago that Judge Strickland had barred temporarily the release of the video taken when Casey saw on TV that a body of a child had been found.  I know nothing more about it.

Dominic...for sure, I want to read Hoovers stuff first before I say anything about him.. I have heard reports that he's questionable as well but I prefer to read and decide for myself..

I have a question for you all out there.  My hubby and I currently have no children it's not by choice just we have problems but here's the question listening to Lee's depo part 1 Where they asked him who has watched Caylee..IMO and this is where all you guys out there can help but I think that alot of people have watch this little angel Caylee.  I just feel that if I have a young child I wouldn't be handing her over to just anyone and certainly not alot of people either especially when I had grandparents that are that close by.  So I'd love to hear some feedback from you all with kids.  Thanks

I never had a babysitter for my two girls, I stayed home with them, but at the age of four they did go to preschool a couple days a week. When we moved closer to my parents, they would watch them occasionally, so it was just my parents and my husband and myself, and no I would never have left them randomly with different people.

Same here...my oldest son did go to a daycare when he was three but it was part of Grandma work, so family was there...the other three have been at home until preschool and both of us are home...

My first two went to day care until the youngest was 5 - but we rarely got a sitter that was not family (the day care was my SIL) - with my youngest I have been basically home since he was born. If I need to go to work he goes with me. The only people that watch him are people that we know well (like our manager that has worked for us for 25 years!) - it has been proven that girls that are watched by mom's boyfriends or other stranger types are many more times more likely to be hurt physically or sexually.

Another thing which seemed to tip the scales in my mind to Lee being AS or ASD was the picture he had drawn which was outside his house. It is way below his age level and very juvenile. That also would explain why he would play online kid's games for hours at a time.

What Kid games was Lee playing online??  I haven't heard anything about this, did I miss something somewhere??
