The issue is that KYLE believed there were human remains in the cage.   Don't you get that?

And always the slight twist in the information from what was actually said/posted to whatever would be close but just slightly off so as to discredit.

Kermit never said that Kermit gave Dave anything, only that she had reason to believe that he had the information as do all who have read the words of Tim Miller and Kyle Kingman.

Kermit does not say who gave the information to Dave, only that he has it.  Tim Miller also discussed DNA from the trap I believe it was on Dateline so one would assume Dave knew about this as well.  I would think he would also watch the programs about this.
