sorry if this has been posted before, but I heard that Crystal had to move her tent because the property owner wanted her to move it...sortof heartless if you ask me.....Unless it is noisy and is getting out of hand for the property owner....it is his land and he can do what he wants with it I guess..
but why can't Crystal just move her tent onto the lot that Ron's mobile home is on? Surely he would let her do that as well as the land lord would ok it I would think...

That is terrible.  I wonder if there was too much noise?  Or too much media?  Ron must not get along with her or he would have suggested that in the beginning.  Is anyone allowed in the mobile home yet?  Poor Haleigh.  God bless her and keep her.

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- Twenty-three days into their investigation, law enforcement officers are still trying to find Haleigh Cummings.

The five-year-old was last seen when her father's girlfriend, Misty Croslin, says she put her to bed.

Investigators have not fingered a suspect, but today members of Croslin's family spoke out about the search.

Croslin's mom and dad, Lisa and Hank, spoke out about a 19-year-old cousin who lives in Tennessee. His name is Joe. We are not identifying his last name because police have not named him a suspect in the case.

Police confirm the FBI has talked to Joe. Croslin's father says he spoke to police about the teenager on Tuesday. "I was into the police station yesterday telling them everything. I hope I don't get in trouble for saying, but ya know. I don't know what else to do."

The First Coast News I-team has found Joe's myspace page. The last posting on his site is from February 22, 2009.

A friend by the name of Thomas told Joe, "Just go back down there and help find the lil girl it just might clear your name."

The Croslins say about two weeks before Haleigh disappeared, Joe and Haleigh's dad, Ronald Cummings, had an issue over a gun. "He stole Ronald's gun. One morning, on the porch, said, Ronald will get what's coming to him. It was dropped, he left and Haleigh was gone," says Lisa Croslin.

Police confirm they are investigating the information about the stolen gun.

A week and a half ago, when police were asked if Joe was a suspect police said, "The one in Tennessee? No, he is not at all."

But then later, police changed their comment to no one has been ruled in or out as a suspect.

"The way I understand it, they're not ruling them out. I don't want to get in trouble for things I say, I don't know. The police is doing their jobs," says Hank Croslin.

   Ok everybody, I just talked to someone in Satsuma, and I didnt get the same story as was told earlier, what I was told was that LE did come and get DNA from some people at chrstals camp , but not blood DNA, just like hair samples and also stuff that they didnt get the first time, probably just stuff that they forsee that they may need in the future, or maybe something that was found in the dumpster, the LE really is keeping tight lipped about almost everything, even to family members.....also about the helicoptors flying over head and stuff, uhhh no, there might have been one that flew over and circled back, but  who knows if it was related to the search for Haleigh  or something else.
   I was also told that LE is really leaning on Mistie, and that all these people that are coming on saying that people need to talk to LE, but are scared to do so, NOT....LE seems to be getting alot of info and is searching out anybody that has ever had any dealings with Ronald or Mistie, just because LE hasnt told what is going on doesnt mean they dont know, and who knows who they plant where to gather info, there;s more than one rat sqeaking!!!!!!

    Now that IS the word from someone right there in the neighberhood!!!!!!

If I was in charge, I would start with the girlfriend and inject truth serum and maybe a little Chinese torture and we would find this child real quick. The sad truth is she probably will not be found alive.  I really hope the dad is not involved but now, I am not sure of him either.  When he was first on TV, his body language seemed like he was guilty of something, maybe just being high or something.  Anyway, he just kept looking away and down at the ground, very strange reaction.  I am no expert, but I have raised three boys and when they did something they did not want to talk about, they would not look me in the eye.. Just a mamma's instinct.

I'm with you, mariloo.  Mama's instinct here too.  Seems from the start he's either been lying or not being completely honest, which is basically the same thing.   

What I can't get over is that had all sides been completely honest with what they knew, rather than hiding stuff, Haleigh might have been found quickly.  But with all this time gone by and they still dragging their feet?     Doesn't look good. 

My only hope is that IF someone took her for revenge, etc. that they have Haleigh safe and unharmed, and are just waiting for whoever to do whatever, then will release her to her family. 

Wouldn't that be wonderful if someone is holding her but don't you think they must know by now they are gonna be in deep doodoo if they bring the child forth.  She is old enough now to talk and spill the beans.  I will always believe Misty knows.  I think she has been threatened.

Haleigh's Family Moving from Memorial Wall Camp

SATSUMA, FL -- The family of Haleigh Cummings' mother is moving again.

For the past three weeks, Crystal Sheffield and her mother Marie Griffis have been staying in a tent just outside the wall to the River Villas neighborhood where Haleigh lived with her father.

The makeshift camp has grown in size, in part because of all the memorials left for Haleigh, who has been missing since she went to bed on the night of February 9.

The family, who lives in Baker County, says the spot next to the wall is as close to the investigation as they can be.

But Haleigh's grandmother says the owner of the River Villas asked them to move.

River Villas co-owner Richard Jennings told First Coast News his heart goes out to the family but he has asked the family about their future plans.

Jennings says the presence of the camp has sparked questions and concerns about the safety of the family.

The camp is near a busy intersection and a railroad track.
Jennings says he's not forcing the family to move but he wants to know if they're planning to move on.

Haleigh's family says they're faced with a new challenge now.

They're asking a property owner across the street if they can set up at that location.

The Putnam County Sheriff's Office, meantime, released 7 DVDs containing a week's worth of dispatch calls starting from the morning Haleigh disappeared.

I personally think there is just no news today to share with us, so little things are being blown out of proportion, and since I don't "do" WS .. I have no more to add to that conversation, than I said yesterday about the issue. Pre-adolescent behaviour, IMO. And I'd like to re-state that no one knows for sure who is who on forums such as these, nor what their personal motives are. Just sayin.

Let's put our heads together and help find Haleigh or bring her justice, depending.

I agree Cookie, it does seem heartless.   And yet, something tells me we haven't heard the whole story.   

There are conflicting reports by the media.  Have read one report that Crystal's camp was asked to move, and have read another that both hers and Ron's were asked to move.  Still not sure which is which, and if perhaps the media got it wrong... again. 

One thing that I've heard regarding Crystal's camp is that it has expanded due to the things that folks are bringing by and leaving, a sort of memorial/dedication site for Haleigh.  That kind of thing can take on a life of it's own, as in what happened with Caylee's memorial site. 

The owners of the property, or the community etc may be concerned with all of that plus the media and the traffic, etc.  I don't really know the whole story.  So it may be more than someone just being heartless and saying off you go.  Of course, it could be exactly that tho.     And if so, that would really be sad.

Yes, the mobile home was released last Friday. But it has been said that Ronald finds it too deoressing to be there without Haleigh, so he is not staying there.
