Ron says he picked Haleigh up at the bus stop, his mom said she did, maybe they both did?  Ron says he went to work after taking Haleigh home and checking the door.  Have seen the report that his shift at work started at 4:30p.

In the earliest media reports, it was said that Misty's brother came over with a friend and his kids.  After that it was just reported about him and his kids.  So not sure whether 'a friend' actually came with him or not.... 

Misty says the kids watched 2 videos and that they went to bed around 8p? 

The light in the kitchen was supposedly on.

Ron says he got home about 3:25a or so, says Misty was on the porch when he got home.

The truth doesn't change on major parts. I mean, I would NOT raise an eyebrow if Misty said that Jr ate 70% of his beans and then later said that he ate 75% of his beans, that's irrelevant to me. However, WHO WAS THERE AND WHEN is important. Why did it take 9 days for great grandmother's visit to come out? Why didn't Misty mention that when asked who was in the home?

Maybe Granny wasn't actually in the house...maybe she waited in the car or just went to the porch...also, maybe We only heard about granny's visit after 9 days, doesn't mean that she didn't come forward with it to the LE right away..or that is when the police got around to questioning her? just a thought.

Also a neighbor saw Haleigh in the yard, think LE said that recently, don't know the time just said evening.

Yes she did, however she later said she put the children to bed at 10pm iirc. She said they watched 2 movies.

So 2 different times 8 and 10.

When she said 8pm, she said because Haleigh getting up for school.

We just don't know which is correct. Hope LE got to the truth regarding this.

I don't really believe it as I have stated before, in Florida it was in the 50's and dark that night, we think it's freezing when it drops to the 50's and there is not a chance in h@ll my kids who are 17 and 9 would eat outside when it is that cold and there is no sun out, in fact they are wearing hoodies and winbreakers asking for smore's by the fireplace at those temps.

I guess we all have our own opinions about what happens in any missing person case. It's a natural part of the human condition to wonder what happened to another member of the human race. Well, it's natural for normal people and not for the dregs of society who just don't care about themselves or anyone else. For the rest of us who enjoy and cherish being members of a harmonious society it's all part of living a safe and vibrant society.

In any child abduction case you always look at that family - the police look at them and so do predators. The police look at who may have a motive for abducting a child and if that person may be a family member. Children are killed in this country 5 a day by their own parents - so it's totally natural that a child is most likely was killed by a family member and most likely the mother and / or father. Siblings rarely kill each other, but it does happen.

When a seasoned predator looks for a child to abduction they look for a child that has parents that are absent or poorly cared for. It's just easier to abduct that child. It has even happened while the child was in the house WITH THE PARENTS. Very infrequently is someone that brazen, but it can and does happen.

In the case of the Cummings and sub-family members there appears to be a macramé of people with all sort of questionable pasts. If a seasoned pedophile was looking to abduct a child such as Haleigh this would be THE family to target.

The police and FBI will be tied up with this crew for quite some time and the predator will use that time to preform his dastardly deeds and eventually dispose of a body. (Not to say that this is what has happened here)

When a seasoned pedophile abducts a child they don't always kill the child right away. After-all it's not all that easy to abduct a child and replacing that child is not as easy as some might think. In the Shawn Hornbeck case - Shawn was about to be replaced by Ben Ownsby and Shawn himself became very worried that he was about to be killed. So in some cases the child is kept alive for years. It's not often, but it can happen... so there is hope that Haleigh is alive somewhere.

As for this "family"... I really try not to be to hard on any family members cause the Lord only knows what happened and what they are really going through - but anyone getting a tattoo while their daughter is missing is one sorry loser and really doesn't deserve my sympathy. I reserve my sympathy for people like Natalee Holloway, Caylee Anthony and of course Haleigh. I like to call those people the VICTIMS and the people who pay the ultimate price when a crime occurs. As for the family members - well, let God deal with them.

Whatever happened to Haleigh will be eventually revealed. I am quite sure that this case will not go on forever.

As for my thoughts - I believe this is an abduction. I believe the person is a white male living in close proximity (with-in just a few block). I think the person is between 50-55 years of age and has not been caught for pedophilia but has been molesting little girls whenever he got the chance through his entire life. Usually this pedophile returned the child or may have molested family members or possibly even children of a girlfriend. I believe this person is not going to be found on a data base. He's just been under the radar.   

Prayers for little Haleigh, she must be frightened beyond belief where-ever she is... And I hope she is found as soon as possible.

I don't know why the report in the media changed about 'a friend' who came with the brother and his kids.  I do remember it said 'a friend', cuz I wondered then who that was.  But then the media didn't mention that again.  Weird.  I don't remember it being said anywhere that the AC man was who came with the brother and kids.  Am thinking he was there seperately.  Both who knows for sure?  lol

I did think it was odd that AFTER we were all wondering if Misty even fed the kids that night, cuz she hadn't mentioned it at all, THEN came the story to the media that ggranny came by with clothes and saw the kids on the porch eating.   Still could have happened, it's just odd the timing on that and how long it took to mention, like you say.   GGranny and whoever was with her might not have gotten out of the car.  Would still think that Misty would have remembered right away that they had been there too.
